Comfortable beds. Shower facility - hot water. Wifi. Air conditioning, clean room. Short walking distance to Golden Temple and shops / restaurants (mcdonald's and subway). Able to pay via card on arrival.

Noise from outside - cars horning and dogs barking. Hotel travel manager stating that you must book the airport taxi via them if you wish to be dropped of outside the hotel as all others will drop you off 900 meters away- which is not true.

I HAD DINNER , FOOD WAS ASWOME AND STAY WAS EXCELLENT, VIEW WAS OF HISTORIC JALIAN WALA BAGH INSIDE, I WOULD LOVE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN AND AGAIN, GOLDEN TEMPLE LANGAR HALL IS JUST FEW STEPS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR STAY

One of the best properties we have stayed in lately. The location is absolutely perfect - close to Golden Temple and Jaliawala Bagh. Cleanliness and staff behaviour was great. Perfect for family stays. Their travel desk was great as well and provided an amazing experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Amritsar.

Exceptional location. Staff were very happy to sort out transport for the next part of our journey. The family room was very spacious and comfortable for two adults and two teenagers.

Good but had problems with water logging in the bathroom/ AC water spraying but staff were very understanding and helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent..

Clean room and very courteous and accommodating staff. Proximity to Golden Temple is a big plus.

The overall design of the hotel and its facilities. It was very hygienic. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was big and modern. Clean bed and washroom. Food was tasty.

The price was too high for the price. Due to the location there was nor parking on sight. The wifi could be faster. Pizza could be bigger ;)

The location of the hotel is great. Just a few minutes walk to the Golden temple and Jallianwala Bagh. The rooms are quite small but nicely done . The travel desk representative is very helpful and efficient in his work.

The rooms need to be cleaned properly. It had a lot of spider webs which seemed not been cleaned for a long time.
