It was an overnight stay to catch a flight from Amritsar airport. Every thing was just perfect. I have stayed here before a couple of times and it has always been exemplary in every aspect. My elderly mother was given accommodation here a week later when her flight was cancelled. She was on her own and ended up staying for two nights. She was really anxious and nervous as she had no idea when the Airline would schedule another flight and how she would get back to UK. But the staff were so friendly and supportive that they really looked after her. She checked out early not realising her rescheduled flight was later on in the day but once again the staff allowed her to go back to her room and relax until it was time to leave. I just want to thank all the staff that helped my mother throughout her ordeal and really took care of her.

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Amritsar and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed with their attentive service and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, luxurious linens, and thoughtful amenities that added an extra touch of comfort. The hotel’s facilities were excellent. The pool and fitness center were both well-maintained, and the on-site dining options offered a delicious variety of cuisines. Nothing it was great, get a massage when you there, they are too notch

This was my 10th visit to Amritsar and Radisson is my hotel of choice every time. The staff, hotel amenities, the breakfast and a nice dinner buffet spread, makes it ideal for even vegetarians with lots of options. They upgraded me to Junior suite, so cant complain much.

WIFI was poor to BAD on the Radisson Members 4th Floor and in MY Junior suite. Always keep disconnecting. Staff tried to help, but couldn't do much. All other parts of the hotel, WIFI was good and smooth.

Decor and comfort. Steam room not clean and some building work was taking place. Great check in experience done by the manager. First class. Good view of pool. Some showers nearby would be useful.

Changing room and locker area. Had a massage and the lady chased me out telling me I haven’t paid. Staff were told to put it on the room. This happened with my wife too. Poor unprofessional coms in this area. I was not trying to evade paying but this is how I was made to feel by my masseuse.

I liked the location of the Hotel right next to the airport. And it seemed amazing from my window but i didn't get to experience it properly as I had to leave early morning.

It’s frustrating when a stay doesn’t live up to expectations, especially when you're met with unnecessary stress right from the start. My experience was marred by the demand for payment before my stay, which was already an inconvenience, but it didn’t stop there. Despite my repeated requests, I got it in the morning But the real kicker? I was denied a cab or shuttle to the airport, despite it being a standard service and the air port is right, just, next door. Instead, I was pressured into booking an overpriced cab with the Hotels The Next morning of my departure, I booked a cab by my self.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely exceptional—helpful beyond words. They assisted us with everything, from carrying our bags to opening the car doors for us, and constantly checked if we were comfortable or needed anything. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options catering to both Indian and European tastes. The rooms were perfectly heated, and the complimentary airport transfer was the cherry on top. Everything was perfect—thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The hospitality of the place was very thoughtful and customer centric. They were very helpful in giving us a room of our comfort when we complained about the ac temperature not being to our liking. Mr. hari at night was extremely helpful. The breakfast spread was well thought out. When asked for a small portion of khichdi for my son the chef made it free. Overall customer delight

Everything was good

Stayed for the night during transit. Nice spacious room. Liked the airport view from the room. Had a relaxing night which is what we were there for!

The restaurant team disappointed us. No where close to Radisson or any 5-star hotel restaurant standard. Table did not have glasses or water. Had to request this and when provided, the person did not even bother serving the water. No intimation when the buffet was about to close. It was almost like they did not want any guests in there.

Very pleased with staff manners and there respect in there duty to help in every way they can.

The fitting in my room seemed tied e.g the mirror on the wall had been replaced very badly looking at that every morning to wash my face seemed like 0ne starr not five star hotel,room it was near staff lifts very niosey, lots of baging my room 612 right next to the lifts,this is not a complete but l hope this will help to improves things for future visits.

The rooms were amazing, the venue and very clean and amazing stay. Anything that we did not dislike was the pollution outside. I guess the winter months pollution increases quite a bit. The hotel was impeccable. We are also looking forward to come back for a wedding. So hopefully looking forward to staying with you guys again, the only thing is. Price point that you guys put yourself at could get lower because it’s quite expensive if somebody wants to stay for a night.
