Came frm toronto and explored amritsar for a week...srayed at this place and was honestly very impressed by their hospitality and staff. Felt very safe.. had few items of high value that i kept in safe but never worried for a second about other personal items laying around in room whenwver i went out.. food was amazing. I wud highly recommend this place for sure. will only stay here if i ever viait amritsar again. Thank u best weatern staff

Just what you would like from a hotel.Overall ,a. Very nice feel to the place concerning your stay. Catering staff stood out for me , could not have done any more , I think they get a raw deal from some of the guests & this is not nice to witness.

Small glitch, card reader not working in roof top bar & restaurante,as I like to settle bill there & then as discrepancy can occur. I feel this could be a calculated ploy to stop hotel occuring extera charges?

Both room and overall hotel were clean; overall its a good property with great location (ride in the middle of all hotels & restaurants) thought a little away from Darbar Sahib. Staff overall and in Resturants were good and quite helpfull

We stayed in this hotel for new year and it was just wow. The room was cleaned twice per day which was fantastic. A special thanks to all staff who were very nice and helpful mainly Sanjay, Pankaj, Ramandeep, Amandeep without forgetting the housekeeper for his smile and kindness.

Gentle request: rooms should be soundproof and elevator is quite slow.

They made me change my room 3 times but it’s okay I do understand since there was some maintenance. Kindly have a signature fragrance in your hotel. Put in every room, lobby it will smell so good n customers will love it

Breakfast and room service was above expectation. Travel from hotel was convinient and location was perfect to have a vibes of Amritsar.

Swimming area and gym facilities were not upto expectation. There were limited timings to use the facilities. Both facilities should be managed properly and in a timely manner.

Cleanliness, quality of the rooms, detailing to massage head shower and also premium carpeting, value for money that is rare. The staff from reception to breakfast and to the staff at the rooftop bar were so hospitable and ready to service with a smile. Special shoutout to Ms Prabjot for her amazing customer service.

Very nice location, rooms, staff and hospitality. Beautiful rooftop restaurant with amazing city views. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had in our life. Their poori bhaji was unparallaled.

The staff was lovely, going beyond and above to make my stay very pleasant. The room was very clean, hotel looks good, very good value for money. I loved staying here, had a wonderful time.

In a clean area, by the main road but quiet. Well lit. Reception staff very polite, clean big rooms. Spotless bed sheets, clean bath with fresh towels. Hot water and toilet kit were appreciated. The restaurant serves great food. Overall a wonderful experience.
