Liked everything.

Its not that i did not like, however would like to give a tip to the staff to be prepared. Example, gaurd most of the times in the evening was on the phone even while opening the door, which doesnt gives a proffesional look and the receptionsist didint know what we actually booked. Overal experience was good. we come often to amritsar and would definitely choose bloom boutique.

The location is perfect. Short distance from the international airport as well as Golden Temple. The rooms are a decent size and staff is very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to checkin 30 minutes early and gave me a complimentary hour extra to checkout a bit late. Gave me good advice and guidance on how to get to places from there in car and taxi.

Early checking in was good for me. However, I had to call 3 times and wait 45 minutes to get a bottle of water. The person delivering the water kept on lying to reception that he has delivered the water already. Had to go downstairs to pick it up myself.

The theme of the hotel...yellow gave us the sense of feeling of brightness and youth. The staff were extremely hospitable. Though the parking is cramped outside the hotel, the valet took the responsibility of parking the car in a safe place.

It seemed that the hotel is acquired from an existing one and refurbished as bloom as compared to other bloom new properties. constThe bathrooms were having that old and dirty look. The placement of shower curtains in the shower were off and short as a result the water spilled out. The floor towel outside the shower in general were missing. The absence of iron and iron board in the room led us to ask for it twice which was not met by the staff. Find a way to replace shaving cream with a foam. Not sure how many people these days carry shaving brush with them

Very nice hotel good value for money

Beware of the happy Hour offer, their advert shows a row of beers, we went into the bar and partook of their offer, when the bill arrived it was the most expensive we have had in 8 weeks of travel in India. Happy Hour only covered whisky and no other drink and certainly not the advertised beer. After complaining and showing them their own poster we refused to pay and to their credit we got the beer removed from our bill. Note to owners : do not advertise something you cannot deliver

Central location with a lot of shops and facilities around. Breakfast : good choice and abundant. Punctual taxi service to and from the airport. Room comforable and clean.

We were never able to talk , face to face , with the tourist desk which made us suspect that it was a third party source. However, with some difficulty and insistence , we managed to comunicate and get our plans implemented. An early morning check out was "stressfully" delayed because of a faulty printer !!!

Few things missing like pool and all.

Lobby area on all floor are quite dingy and dark. especially the staircase area.

The location was at city center. There was heaps of fine dine restaurants within walking distance. Every staff was warm to us and welcoming with positive attitude. Especially at reception and doorbell lads.

The breakfast buffet has limited options perhaps work on it henceforth.

I stayed for 2 nights the room for first night was on 2nd floor was small and didn’t had any windows .and parking provided was roadside ….

Value for money. Really courteous staff. Very helpful. Amazing location with some great eating joints around you.

In room dining options are limited, but may not be an issue if you are savvy with Zomato, etc. The rooms are a little dated. A little upgrade would go a long way in increasing the value.

Breakfast and meals were really good. Location is also v good.

Height of working table is little high. Overall everything was good.
