My stay at the hotel was truly heartwarming and memorable. Right from the moment I arrived, the welcome felt genuine and warm. The room was not just big and airy, but also gave a sense of calm and comfort that made me feel at home. I loved the vibe of the entire place — peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast buffet, included in my package, was a real treat — so much variety, freshly made, and absolutely delicious. The Chef Khazan was kind enough to prepare dishes out of the buffet menu. What made the experience even more special was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was so polite, kind, and attentive. A special shout-out to the wonderful people at the reception and in the kitchen — their warm smiles and thoughtful service truly stood out. They definitely deserve appreciation by name. Hearty thanks to Ms.Kashish n Tushar from the reception and the entire team from the kitchen, especially Chef Khazan & Chef Deepak .... support staff, Ms. Dipti, Ms. Gayatri, Ms. Nandini & Mr. Pramod. If I revist Amritsar, I would definitely like to be a guest of Sarova Premiere.. Thanks all once again 🙏

Wow this hotel is just stunning for a stay in Amritsar. It is so comfortable, clean and upto date. We couldn’t ask for anything more. We enjoyed food in our room both nights due to being so tired from travelling and it was superb. The bathroom and shower were comfortable and clean, the bath extremely comfortable and the balcony was such a nice bonus. The staff at the gate and security were very friendly and respectful. Would really recommend for your stay.

The staff were a tiny bit slow on check out, so if you have a train or plane to catch leave plenty of time to check out!

Lots of effort in building, both inside n out, stands out like a Classic 5 star in Delhi or any where. Large n comfortable room, the bathroom is very well appointed. Bigger than some hotel rooms in Europe. Good breakfast selection with attentive n helpful staff. Overall a lovely experience, and added to our overall Amritsar visit.

a few teething issues as this is a brand new property, n I'm sure these will be sorted out soon. I'd certainly come back here.

Excellent location. Staff at restaurant are very good. The cake cutting organised for seeing us off turned out to be our 30th Wedding Anniversary celebration, that was memorable.

Room AC gets switched on after we check into the room. It takes almost an hour for the room to cool down. Please ensure sufficient quantities of toiletries in the bathroom.

We stayed in some very good hotels during our trip to India but the Sarovar Premiere would have to be our favourite. The attention to detail and the friendliness and care of the staff is top notch. It was sad to leave this beautiful place. I thoroughly recommend you stay at the Sarovar when you are in Amritsar

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. Large clean rooms, great value for money. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommended!!! Recommended location a bit of outside of old town. This allows you to travel conveniently as in the old town you stay in terrible traffic

I really love the small details and the historic design of the House. The service provided by Simran Kauf at the restaurant was exceptional!!

I do believe this was caused by leaking water in the bathroom. I am suggesting to tighten the handles in the bathroom and replace all Of them

Aesthetics, ethnic yet modern structure, tasteful decore, spaciousness - room, terrace and compound - overall royalty experience. Excellent location, efficient services, professional yet polite and helpful staff - a wholesome experience.

Very nice property. Excellent location. ...quiet yet close to all important places. Nice room , friendly staff and good food. The only minus point was that there was a bit of flooding in the shower area. But I would stay there again.
