Good facility Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious all together it was a great accommodation.we booked family room it was very spacious room with 2 large size bed with wooden floor.but we are not used to stay in wooden floor.so staff very cooperative. Mr. kanoz changed our room to tile flooring and provide us extra bed not mattress. All is well.best of luck to all team.

The Hotel location is very near to the railway station and 2.5 kms from Golden Temple. The room is really neat and clean. The behavior of all the staff is very soft and cooperative. The only thing I suggest to improve is the food quality variety in Breakfast and toiletries quality. Although I faced very electricity cut down and during early morning a long electricity cut due to some technical fault but never felt any suffocating and hotness. Improvement required in providing room services.

Very good hotel.always stay here.yummy breakfasts...Hotel is good rooms and bathroom is also very good. They also include breakfast with booking ,their food is also good but costly as expected. Room prices varies from 1k to 2k. Situated at Queen's Road Amritsar which is great place to roaming around.

Hotel was good and quit. Staff was well professional and helpful.I satisfy with hotel services location also good near to railway station golden temple was far 1.5 km you can take riksha from hotel. All over experance was excellent I recommend everyone because I satisfy with hotel.

Had a very comfortable stay at hollywood Amritsar. Rooms were very comfortable. The room was maintained in immaculate condition and housekeeping service from old one was excellent throughout. Location is a bit inside.Overall, highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

The manager was very accommodating and made us feel instantly welcome. On day of checkout we spent a couple of hours in the reception which was very comfortable and had fast wifi we could use while waiting for our train. The other staff were kind and even gave us a small gift upon our departure! For the price we paid, the room was very good value; it was spacious and the bed comfortable, there was a fan and aircon (which we didn't end up needing).

It could've been a little bit cleaner - I'm not too fussy but there was a lot of stains and even some hairs in the bed sheets. The room also smelt upon entry but the manager sprayed it all down for us. Also, as others have commented there is no hot water - but this wasn't a problem for me as Amritsar is already a hot place so we didn't particularly need it!

As our train was late, he helped us to keep the luggage in the hotel- even after check out and use the facilities before leaving.

I visited hotel with my friends while trip to Golden temple. The rooms are really well maintained and cleaned. Room service is really very good. Overall Wonderful experience.
