Everything about this hotel and our stay with Blusalzz was amazing. We had booked 16-17 rooms for the wedding and I can confirm the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make sure all the guests were happy and our stay was comfortable as possible. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful, I required more rooms and extra beds and they were very efficient and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast was also amazing and breakfast staff always had a smile on their face. On checkout some of our guests were leaving early morning - the hotel staff had packed amazing breakfast for multiple people before 7 in the morning so they could catch their train on time and have good healthy breakfast with them to go, they did not charge extra for this and this is just one of many situations where the hotel staff went above and beyond for us.

The hotel was clean and hygienic. Worth spending money for. Spacious parking area and is located at a premium location of Amritsar. Mr. Aseem helped me in getting my problem solved.

I didn’t like the behaviour of one of the associates available at the front desk, who was least bothered about the client’s comfort and was more concerned about the revenue. In first place, incomplete information was provided to me. Despite informing them twice before the visit, they didn’t provided the room which I requested for. Secondly, the front desk associate was not interested to accommodate the additional bed in my room and forced me to pay for an executive room. The associate needs to be more humble and courteous while interacting with the clients.

It was very clean & possibly the most comfy bed we have ever slept in! The food in the restaurant was absolutely lovely, as were the staff. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax after several days travelling. Reception organised a taxi to the airport for us which was on time. Strange location on a busy road but there were plenty of restaurants & shops a 5 minute walk away.

The only slight negative is that a bar is advertised but only beer is available

It was a pleasure staying at BluSalzz. I liked everything here. The hotel room was clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. My daughters enjoyed their stay. The staff was very accommodating. We were even allowed to stay for more than one hour beyond the checkout time. It helped me a lot because my daughters really needed some time to rest before leaving Amritsar.

It was nice surprise as we booked it based on reviews at the last minute for a family of 4, we took 2 adjacent rooms.. were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and courteous staff.. excellent service in breakfast and was a good value for money for us as most other hotels were costing at least twice if not more.. washrooms were especially good, clean and tidy with good quality supplies.. looked like it was managed by professionals who knew how to bring back guests.. The room was beautiful, nice beds and fluffy pillows. We slept very well. Shower jet was strong and toilet was well renovated. Customer service was great. The best hotel I've stayed in North India so far. I would definitely rate this hotel 5 stars.

The room, bathroom was clean and breakfast was good. The front desk was helpful. I had a good rest since the bed and pillows was comfortable.

The hotel need more staffs at the coffee house. On the second day i had my breakfast, there was only 1 person working and he was overwhelmed when there are many guests during breakfast service.

Staff was very good and fast in response.Stay was pleasant and comfortable and safe. The property was clean and well maintained.Would recommend

Last day of start (5th Oct night) there was a lot of noise from the top. Also the location is a bit more silent especially if we want to travel in the late evening

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Room was exceptionally clean, luxurious and comfortable. Area was much quieter than the old city. The staff (particularly Sam at the front desk) were amazingly attentive and kind. Loved my stay. I was sad when they were booked out because I wanted to stay longer!
