The staff were amazing! Satpal came late to clean our room and made sure we was happy with everything! Ajay couldn’t be more than helpful - he was amazing! Heena was so friendly and accommodating! The restaurant staff was again helpful and made sure we were looked after! In fact I can’t say a bad word about any of the staff - when the staff went past they greeted us. The cleaners, reception staff were brilliant.

I felt it was far from the Golden temple, however as my son had a flight to catch early in the morning - this meant he got extra sleep and got to go in the shuttle provided by the hotel for no charge.

Buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff up at the kitchen were so helpful. Being served and helped whenever we were was so accomdoating. We booked 4 rooms for our family to stay while we went touring around Amritsar and we were all happy and satisfied with our stay

Confusion about needing 2 Photos i.ds from 2 separate customers when checking in. Booking was under my name but my sister was asked to show her passport as well. This should be more clearer on the Terms and conditions on check in ALSO my niece who booked a solo room was asked to present her Visa. Made the process a bit Suspicious and alarming for us coming from overseas. So more clear check in information around what documents are needed and WHY!

The overall property is good, clean and the staff is supportive in overall upkeep and handling of queries. I requested special arrangements for my wife’s birthday and they did the same in my room free of charge. Our rooms were cleaned daily by taking our consent for the same proactively.

The food variety in their breakfast is almost a fixed menu, also the dinner variety was way less. I agree that the price at which the dinner buffet was offered to us, is value for money. However some more options in the same price are highly recommended. A-la-carte food was great though. The property’s front side entrance is under construction or renovation and at first sight the hotel looks deserted due to the same. Go around the back for now. The property is located 10 kilometres from the main city and around 13 kilometres from the Golden Temple. Getting cabs at night for witnessing the Prakash is a challenge.

Very close to the airport and the free airport shuttle was very handy, although it was not there when we arrived and we had to wait a while which was a little confusing. Also it is only once an hour so we had to wait at the airport for our departure longer than necessary. The staff were very polite and attentive and the restaurant food was very good. The breakfast selection was excellent.

We did go into the bar but after quite a long wait they eventually told us they had no beer of any sort in the hotel which was disappointing.

Since I checked in to the hotel aftera full day at the airport waiting for my flight which ultimately got cancelled, I was unable to inform the chef of my food allergies. So when I went in for dinner soon after checking in, I found that the majority of dishes were not what I could eat. Immediately, the chef cooked up a wholesome egg bhurji with lots of vegetables and served it to me. I found this so thoughtful. Thank you for the warm gesture 🙏

Nothing bad about the property. Good hotel.

Airport transfer inclusive and location. Airport shuttle pick up is using a minibus where the bus has Park Inn or Radisson indicated. After arrival, exit and walk straight for about 30m where you can see a lot of cars and walk towards left to the Uber Pick up point and the bus will be there to pick up.

The shuttle pickup instructions given earlier not clear but luckily the hotel reception is very helpful to whatapp and text.

Location was good. Staff was polite and courteous. Good food as well. Room was spacious and the free shuttle service from the airport to hotel was an add on.

Though the room was spacious the bathroom was small. The room needs more upkeep. The washbasin and room tiles had small cracks. Seems it's an old building which needs more upkeep. The lounge was also quite small. The stay was quite pricey for the facilities provided.

Lovely friendly staff who were eager to help out anytime day or night. The room was big and bed was so comfortable. I liked how there is a free shuttle to Golden Temple. The earliest time is 3:45am! A good time to go as it's cooler and not so busy. Also, a shuttle to the airport. Restaurant has delish local food and great masala tea and sweets treats. TINO PAI! 👌🏼👌🏼 🇮🇳 + 🇳🇿 = ❤️

All facilities and staff were great. Perfect location, swimming pool is right in the sun and rooms were very big and very clean. Staff in restaurant are very warm and friendly.

Check in process is longer. They take photocopies of your passports if 2 occupants, sign papers then make payment. Stricter rules I guess. It will be good to notify people of the geyser for hot showers.
