Comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Clean facilities. Friendly staff.

The odd flies in the reception area.

Breakfast location was good & comfortable. However, the variety was a bit less. Also, the taste of few food items like poha, upma can be improvised.

a) The room service response time was slow. b) The lift lights went off once during our stay with an elderly family member alone inside. No emergency lights inside the lift & no instructions on what to do in such a situation. c) The hotel entrance guards did not allow our driver to refill his drinking water bottle. Also refused to provide him water for cleaning our car.

Room and facilties were excellent

Service in restaurant could have been better - little slow in evening and also at breakfast The check in was also a little awkward, Chander explained we needed id to check in which we didn't have to hand and said we had to cancel. Only we suggested we had soft copies and he then accepted. Put us in a state of panic unnecessarily. But also would be useful when booked that guests are informed as a courtesy to come prepared. (We are on holiday and didn't know!)

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. A special mention to the food – it was absolutely delicious! Each meal was flavorful and beautifully presented, with plenty of variety. The dining experience truly added to the overall comfort of the stay. Highly recommended and would definitely love to return!

Staff, meal was nice

The tea making facilities. No extra milk and after requesting twice in the evening nothing was brought to our room. Not many teabags. When requesting fresh milk it was nearly 300 rupees for a glass!!! Should have been complimentary. In the morning requested milk and teabags and this was brought to our room. Also no Spoons instead wooden stirrers! First time we have experienced this.

Soon as we arrived we were welcomed by the staff parked our car and helped with our luggage staff was helpful very nice and clean hotel just like the pictures great location near the airport Will choose this hotel again on our return to India the room was fantastic and very clean also gave us a heater as it was cold in January

We ordered food from the hotel food was really nice so was the dessert and great value for money but the naan bread were very chewy and the chapati size was smaller than our hands which was disappointing

Flying out the next day the location was indeed a factor in my choice of the hotel. The staff went out of their way to make our stay an excellent one.

This is personal to my preference but there was insufficient choice of Western food for breakfast, although what was offered was very pleasantly presented. One other thing that bugged me a little was there was no jams or marmalade to spread on the toast.

The rooms were new and lovely. The breakfast spread was excellent. The waiters were helpful and friendly. The location is a few minutes drive from the airport. We arrived a few hours earlier than our check-in time and the receptionist was kind enough to arrange at least one room so we could drop our bags and get fresh. The second room was ready within 45 minutes.

The buffet spread was not great. Limited food items.. preparation of pancakes and waffles which was made to order was not great. The location was next to a wedding venue which played loud music till late in the night (1230-100 am) which made it difficult to fall asleep. For two nights got just 3-4 hours of sleep. Should provide better soundproofing

The pre- prepared breakfast was mostly cold and needs to be kept warm at constant temperature even though weather is cold. Partly guests to blame since they leave buffet tray covers open. Fresh cooking was quite good. Staff is great !!

The door key code expires automatically everyday, irrespective of the booking days and times. The staff is very helpful, I must add !!
