The hotel looks new and well maintained. The room and bathroom were always very clean, as were the sheets and towels. The breakfast buffet is plentiful. You can have dinner in one of the two attached restaurants, both in the same building. All the staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is located a few hundred meters from the station, so it is in an excellent location. The room was quiet. The common areas are very well kept. We had a pleasant stay.

Highly recommended! This is the first time in so many years that the property exceeded expectations - the comfort, the staff, the cleanliness, the facilities, the attention to detail were all on point. And I cannot write enough about the sumptuous and tasty breakfast, the varied options on site for other meals, and the wonderful location.

The Cozett Victoria Hotel has been a great place to stay in the heart of Bhubaneswar. Well connected to the airport, station, bus-stand. Close to Galleria Mall [one of the best in Bhubaneswar]. The rooms and the hotel are very neat and clean. But the best part that really stands out is the warmth of reception by each and every staff. And the breakfast buffet and dinner we had in their Gossip restaurant was just too good. We totally enjoyed the stay and the hospitality. Special mention for their manager - Nitish, restaurant manager - Santosh, and staf members - Swati, Vishnu, Laxmi, Pooja, Uttam. Their service was truly praiseworthy. I will definitely recommend this place.

A hair-dryer in the rooms could have been a good addition.

Helpful, efficient and welcoming young staff. Clean,comfortable room. Powerful shower with hot water. Good on-site restaurants.

The restaurant manager seemed to be constantly grumpy and telling staff off in the restaurant in front of guests. Mini bar offering (crisps) is unnecessary and delayed departure because they ‘needed to check my room’.

The location of the hotel is good. The breakfast served was good. Room was cosy, but small in size. Clean room and good food at the restaurant. Staff were cooperative and well mannered.

The washroom did not have towel bar or rack.Only one dental kit was provided for two persons.The table for dining in the room was very small, though we took our food in the restaurant.

Problem with hot water. There's a button to turn "geyzer" but after waiting for more than 40 minutes there was hot water only for 10 seconds then it started rapidly getting colder. They had problems with electricity, 2-4 blackouts per day (each for less than a minute but still). Sometimes fire alarm alerted, once it was in the middle of the night but Idk if it was a fail of the hotel

Nice and clean rooms with big bathrooms. Both restaurants had good food and nice ambience. A cosy hotel for sure. And it's nearby the railway station.

Only one elevator in the building. Road facing rooms are noisy due to the busy road in front of the hotel. The shower area is not partitioned and because of that there's water all over the bathroom. And the biggest issue I found was the mosquitoes. The hotel must spray mosquito repellent before giving out the rooms.

The hospitality was great, the staff went above and beyond in making our stay so much comfortable. I would totally recommend this hotel to others only because of the staff behaviour and attitude. Their people are just the best. They are just so considerate and nice that even if you have a complain with any other thing, you'll probably forget about it as they will do anything to put you at ease. Keep it up!!!

The hotel was clean. Staff was professional. Location is close to the airport, which is good for people catching flights. The restaurant downstairs was also decent.

There was a small night light in our room which we could not switch off. And it interrupted our sleep. Also disposable shower caps (along with other toileteries) in the shower would be good for people with long hair.

The food was great - breakfast and dinner. The hospitality was amazing. The location was good as it was close to the airport.

I had to ask for toilet paper for the room. This is a MUST for foreigners.
