Perfect location for enjoying nature, especially during the low season when there are almost no other tourists. The restaurant is fully functional which is rare during low season (most places around the island were closed). Great drinks and food. There are hornbills to be seen there throughout the day. The restaurant is on the beach and the bungalows are right behind it, I think they have beachfront bungalows too which were not operational (due to low season?). My bungalow was very comfortable, rustic but clean, I had no issues with bugs and only a couple mosquitos during my stay - very different from another place I stayed that was more inland and there were more mosquitos... I had only cool shower water and a fan, but honestly these were fine for me. The price of the stay also reflects this and in my opinion is a great deal. There is a shop with a variety of cold drinks, snacks and many useful items just down the main road, easy to walk to. I rented a bicycle nearby but for a short stay you could just walk around - there are beaches within walking distance. To see all the rest of the island I would actually recommend a scooter as the bicycle is quite a workout. A highlight of this place were the staff who were so welcoming and lovely. I would stay again.

The grounds around the bungalows are a little bare with not many plants/garden, and a little messy - which I assume is a low season thing... Everything else about my stay was very enjoyable.

Very friendly staff. Great location right on the beautiful beach. Nice beach bar / restaurant with good portion sizes. Great sunset view! Clean bungalow with a great seaview. Bungalow is simple but clean. We came back here for breakfast and cocktails even after we moved to another hotel on the island. Would very much recommend and would come back for longer at this place next time!

The beautiful of the thing is that you are very close to the sea. Nice to be on the front! Also the best location for swimming any time in the day (tide effect). The food served in the restaurant well done Thai tasty dishes! Beautiful and smiley personnel!

The total missing of cleaning service. The price of the stay doesn't correspond to missing of this service. It is one of the things that you have to ask for, even for a toilet paper. Missing of the toilet flush. Missing of windows mosquito net.

Amazing location, right on the beach. The accommodation has a great restaurant and there were many others nearby to choose from if you wanted a change. Staff were lovely and the beach was chilled and great for swimming or just hanging out. It's worth having a scooter if you want to explore the rest of the island. I would definitely stay here again.

My bungalow was right behind the restaurant, which was great when I wanted a morning coffee but not so great if it was a busy night and I wanted to sleep early. This would probably only be an issue with this particular bungalow, though, because the others were further away.

It´s the second time we stay at this accomodation. First 2 years ago, and this time with our 1 year baby. The staff is super nice with all people, also with kids. Children can play free and safe on the surroundings. The food at their restaurant is very good. They have play children area. The beach is peaceful. Keep on mind almost all the bathrooms in Thailand have stairs to get in.

Amazing location directly on a beautiful, quiet beach. Cozy atmosphere with delicious restaurant offering fresh fruit shakes and a huge food menu. Wonderful, warm and helpful staff. We were so comfortable in this accommodation that we didn't leave the area for the whole 5 days we were there!

One unfortunate reality of island life is poor waste management. Beside the bungalows, there is a stream with a lot of trash.

We loved our stay here and we really can’t put it in words. The bungalows are basically right at the beach and very specious and clean and a great porch to view the sunsets :) The staff here is a family and they are the greatest! Super nice and welcoming and they will try to help you with everything! The food is great especially the Massaman Curry, Tom Yum, Pad Thai and the fruit shakes! The beach is the most beautiful one on the island and Ao Kwang Peeb, a small lonely bay is just 15/20 minute walk away. 10/10 would come here again!

I think the property is located in the best beach on the island. Long beach has surf. This one is sheltered and a good fit for wallowers.

Nothing. The place is well run and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food is good and the whole place is very relaxing especially at sunset.

We loved everything, an exceptional site, adorable personnel, amazing sunsets, food, and cabins. Rustic but perfect. Waking up to to the sounds of the jungle, early morning swims. Thank you to everyone who works there 🙏🙏🙏

The snorkeling wasn't good, but the rest made up for that.

Beautiful location on the north of buffalo bay, nice swimming, very quiet beach. Huts are veryvery basic which was fine for us. Partly open on the upper part of the walls so you need to sleep under mosquito net which was fine for us. Not many mosquitos around during our stay in march, mainly around 18:00. You sleep in de jungle which we liked very much. Loved the vibe of the camp, very relaxed, people running it is friendly small team. Restaurant with view of the beach very nice set up. Nice places to sit and relax during the day. Good food, reasonably priced. All the huts have a small deck with chairs and table to sit. From our hut you could see the beach, about 25meters to the beach. Beds were quite hard which is actually something we liked :). It is jungle. There are ants when you leave any sweet food, this will be the same for every camp. Also higher end camps we had ants in our room.
