It’s a new property. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Condition of the hotel is like 4 stars!! Spacious and clean! Really love it!!

Bath shower water pressure is slow. Use water hose to shower instead. 😂 As it’s a new hotel, a lot of drivers do not know the way. Need to let those driver know that this location is the OLD Leon Inn Hotel. The current owner bought over the property and renovated it and rebrand it.

Stayed at the guesthouse that really surprised me. It wasn’t much to look at from the outside, but inside, it was a gem. The staff were friendly, the room was cosy with a smart TV, and the bedding was comfy. For the price, I got way more than I expected, definitely worth the money considering the peak period. Was in Batam for a night transiting from Jakarta to Singapore; I wish I could stay longer. The guesthouse has no lift; might want to keep that in mind when booking. The surroundings have nothing much to offer except minimarts and a row of street food carts in the evening.

It costs only rm70/night even during peak season, super affordable hotel. It was just recently renovated (as of dec2024), everything is pretty new. There is a nasi Padang restaurant next door Hotel provides free filtered water machine.

The room soundproof is not good, guests turn key to open door, and the sound of them walking through staircase can be heard clearly. Luckily everyone seems to fall asleep after 11pm. And there weren't any noise from outside of window.

Beautiful brand new hotel, extremely clean, very comfortable bed, AC, hot shower with soap, very friendly staff, short walk to Harbour Bar ferry terminal
