You have to pay extra to access the pool and tennis court, as well as to play pool or table tennis. It's the first time I see this in a hotel. I think these facilities should be included in the price of the room (and they can charge for the racquets and other extras, for example). The accommodation is located in a fairly isolated area, without noise, very picturesque. In winter it can be a little difficult to get to the location by car, there are sections of the road from DN that are not cleared of snow. The room is clean, spacious, but the bed mattresses are not in the best conditions. The triple room offers 2 beds, converted into a double, and the third bed is an extendable sofa, in which you sleep quite badly. After 9 pm, if you want to take a shower with hot water it can be a problem. The breakfast is very varied, buffet style.

Indoor pool with heated water, football field, an interesting resort, but which would require attention to certain aspects (quality and taste of kitchen preparations, waiting time after ordering at the restaurant, mattresses, beds, rooms, hot water).

The view is perfect. The quality of the air is perfect. The size of the dishes is perfect (maybe a bit too large?). They have a football field, tennis field, snooker, table tenis facilities. There are separate opportunities for hiking.

The room itself had signs of previous flooding in the ceiling. The beds were a little bit too small for adults. The TV was placed in a position that was very uncomfortable to watch from the beds at all. If it gets too hot there's no AC (but it's a 3 star hotel).

depending on the availability you might find some inconveniences with the rooms, some are older and furniture might be deteriorated, some rooms might be at a higher floor and not that easily accessible for taller people and with luggage using the stairs.

The staff attitude : when asked about parking they told us that there is a teambuilding and they occupied all parking spaces (>20) and we need to find a place somewhere else. Also they encourage us to find other restaurants to eat invoking the same reason. My advice to them is to rent the whole complex when they want to organise private parties, because when people book a room in a complex with facilities they expect to use them regardless of other guests or guests parties.

only 3 electric outlets in the entire suite, no fridge, or coffee machine, just one sink which is inside the one small bathroom + toilet for a large suite, seeme like the space is not efficiently used. sometimes the parking space was full, and the fact that the place is all in a pretty steep angle at the side of a mountain may be a bit difficult for some going up hill.

I loved the views. I thought the room was very spacious. I loved the taste of the water in the room. I found the wait staff and check and staff very friendly. I'd liked the little orange kitten, he was also friendly and welcoming. I liked the availability of a larger wine than just one glass.

Nice location, lot of snow even if one of the closest slopes was closed due to lack of snow. Comfortable rooms, good food and serving. Slope for tubbing and sleigh right on location.

Sauna was not started by default saturday evening considering that there was lots of tourists. Except the restaurant from the complex, you can not find anything nearby without using your car. No mini-bar in the room and old technology TV.

The location is exceptional. The facilities are great. The breakfast was very good. The people are very kind. The road is under repair and the short road from the main road to the resort unfortunately has a portion without asphalt which is pretty bad.

It smells from the drain in the bathroom. The road to the resort should get some asphalt.

Location, the bedroom was great, with amazing views. The place is Very clean, the staff was so nice and helpful - It was my boyfriend's birthday and they made a surprise ar dinner ❣️ The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a real treat after a day traveliing. Dinner and breakfast were perfect. Bed was very confy and the sheets and towels were very soft. I really recomend this place
