- Vibe wasn’t great. Property manager was friendly but could have done a better job of collectively engaging the crowd - A group of wild, uncouth drunkards had arrived - they should be banned from zostels in future - they disturbed everyone in the property and made it uncomfortable to sit in the common area, and also for the folks who shared dorm with them.

I HAD STAYED IN THE SAME PROPERT IN 2017 , JAN 4-7 . THE NAME HAS CHANGED BUT THE WONDERFULL EXPERINCES CONTINUES . ITS HIGHLY RECOMMENED FOR BACK PACKERS , COUPLES AND SMALL FAMILIES . THE STAFF IS WELL TRAINED . WIFI SPPED GREAT . PROPERTY JUST NOW RENOVATED , SO ALL WAS SPICK AND SPAN

THE APPROACH ROAD . IF ONE COMES FROM DHARI , ITS A BACK BREAKING DRIVE . OWNERS MUST TAKE UP WITH THE LOCAL ADMINSTRATION TO ATLEAST GET THE POT HOLES FILLED .

• The place is safe as mountains are generally safe from modern cities. • You can take treks nearby or spend your day in the Zostel common room. • The property is on a main road. You will have to park your cabs outside but you can park your vehicle inside the property. Not much space though. • The rooms are spacious. At least the ones we booked. The views from the top-most rooms are just amazing • Good experience staying here. The best thing about the property has to be its location. Situated on the top of a mountain the views from the property are just amazing. • The people are another best thing in Zostel. You will find such amazing people while being in a Zostel and you can do activities, talk to many, have a karaoke night, etc. • The property is easily accessible by road without any issues. The road to the property also contains serene and calm mountain views. Greenery is everywhere especially if you are traveling around the monsoon season. • The prices are not too high given the value you get and I totally recommend this Zostel both for booking rooms or bunks. • The hosts are also very friendly and will be in touch with you for the entirety of your stay. They make sure your check-in process is smooth, and you have a good time while you are there.

The food. There are no nearby restaurants plus the property is situated a bit on the outskirts of Mukteshwar. There are a few ration shops for light snacks and drinks but expect food only in Zostel.

It’s a good location for people who are looking for a quite and less crowded place. If you’ve a WFH, try and work from there for a week, you’ll love it! The staff is very friendly and Laika (the golden retriever) is a cherry on top! 😌

Don’t expect too much from the hostel in terms of amenities. Also, the location is a little difficult to reach as you won’t get a direct bus and may have to take a taxi from Nainital.

The rooms were clean and airy, the property is well maintained. The courteous staff added to the overall positive experience.

Dining was bit disappointing. The food quality didn't justify the high prices expected from such a property. Would be preferable to dine outside. Also the check-in was tiresome, where filling in big forms was a hassle.

Location was beautiful and the hostel. Host Chetan was very helpful and supportive food w. Aunty's kitchen was also good and aunty was very sweet. Also liked the company of Laika :). Beds were great and room was also clean. It's a perfect place for solo travellers and friends group we had a great time

This hostel is absolutely superb, Manager Chetan was vert friendly,helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned

Everything about the property was spectacular. Amazing views, location and people at the property. A special thanks to Mr. Srikanth as he was a great help.

The staff was amazing and also the vibes. There was some glitch happend to my booking but the way zostel team mananged everything and provided us with the best solution is really appreciable. Highly recommended from my end. Thank you team for adding cheese to our trip.

I won't say i didn't like it but zostel should have more options for food items.

the food was delicious. auntie and her staff do good work.

one night some of the guests were talking in the dorm room at 2:30 a.m. not the fault of management.
