Place has a lovely vibe on a beautiful bay, and a short walk to another pretty beach (Princess Margaret) . The view from the restaurant is breathtaking. The front desk staff was unbelievable- made everyone feel at home. Actually, all the staff was great- young man haloing with beach activities was so great! The property was clean and grass and beach nicely maintained.

It needs needs a bit of an update … room furniture is not in great shape, general seating area sofas well past it’s prime, rafts over our balcony are caving in … and balcony seemed to serve as a storage for few odd pieces of furniture.

Bequia is a beautiful island. The hotel is located on a lovely beaches with further lovely beaches (Princess Margaret and Lower Bay) short pleasant walks away. It is also located close to multiple restaurants and bars, which are close enough to walk but not too close to be noisy at the hotel. The staff were mainly very helpful and cheerful. The ocean view room was lovely (we were in the main hotel building), with a small balcony. We didn't eat at the hotel other than breakfast (included in our rate) and some small snacks - which were good. The pina colada cocktails were excellent in the bar. We ate at some more local style restaurants, which were excellent. The local dogs were wandering around the whole time and were very friendly and never a problem. The Grackles (shiny black birds) are quite noisy but not in a bad way and can sometimes try to take food while at breakfast - but not a problem.

The breakfast was ok but nothing special. The balcony needed some lighting, we asked for these but like some things, our requests did not come to fruition - so we ended up finding some elsewhere in/around the hotel and "borrowing" them for our stay!

Great selection and delicious. A great way to start the morning. The staff were very attentive and pleasant.

I would like the toast served with hot portion of the meal rather than at the buffet. The toaster does not toast the bread enough.

This trip was a birthday treat for my husband and I as we celebrated one day apart. The entire Front Desk team were warm and welcoming. Excellent customer service skills. Thanks for all you do! Breakfast offerings were great, the restaurant staff were friendly and very accommodating. We had impeccable service. Thanks to the housekeeping team for the lovely decor on the bed, we were thrilled, the Spa team for treating us as Royalties. The room upgrade to your honeymoon suite was the icing on our birthday cake! Thanks for making our birthday trip memorable. This is truly a magical place to go and unwind. We missed the ambiance as soon as we left. We will definitely return!

The toilet wasn't properly cleaned, and this says a lot about how the cleanliness is done. On checkout, they asked us to pay an extra government tax, which I wasn't aware of, because it did not appear on my reservation. The girl from the reception said that booking.com doesn't know about it, which was exactly THE PROBLEM. The property should notify booking.com there are some extra taxes not included in the price, so easy... The dogs should not be allowed in the restaurant.

This is probably one of the best hotels we've stayed in. We rented a 2 bedroom garden villa, and WOW! It was beautiful and so comfortable as a family! It's in easy walking distance to other restaurants, although the onsite restaurant is super as well. The snorkeling on the beach was just fantastic, saw lobster, lots of fish and a snake eel feeding on the eel. Pretty sure we saw a turtle surfacing when we took out a kayak.

Nothing, this place is amazingly beautiful. We only stayed 2 nights and were sad to leave.

There was nothing not to like about the hotel . Superb staff - especially front desk supervisor Zemora ( nothing was too much trouble ) Tia in the restaurant such a cheerful lovely girl , Dimitri by the beach always helpful and both Jimmy the assistant manager and Pascal the manager were very approachable and friendly . The rooms we stayed in were in the main hotel at the front . Extremely comfortable beds , cleaned everyday so quickly , great shower - and lovely view from balcony . Breakfast was very tasty with good selection . Sold wine by the glass which was decent quality . Dinner menu pretty good - we ate there one night and followed the recommendations by the staff as where to eat other nights . Lots of bars and restaurants nearby - just a walk away . We will definitely go back there - the whole place is totally laidback.

There isn’t much to not like . I wish there had been a yoga shala with a class or 2 as it was an ideal spot for that . Iced water at breakfast should be served without asking really as it is in most hotels . When the cruise ships come in those holidaymakers swarm onto the beach and take up the sun loungers - maybe a few too many of them but we still got a bed .

A wonderful hotel with so much history which clearly demonstrated enormous determination to achieve the highest level of success. The room was superb and very comfortable. 2 lovely bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and balcony. The kitchenette was ideal. Being at the back of the 3 rows of villas was nice noting that there no noise apart from nature. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was really in keeping to the island and the facilities were of a very good standard. We had a great boat trip, saw sea turtles off the beach I would like to make a particular note to say a big Thank You to the General Manager Pascal, his deputy Jimmy, Zamora at Reception and Dmitri at the water sports office. They were always so very attentive, articulate and above all nothing was ever too difficult to resolve. This theme was felt across all the staff (grounds, cleaning and maintenance included) and was so lovely to experience. Finally it was evident that continued progress was being made throughout the hotel during our stay. Pascal and the whole team are clearly determined to further enhance the quality which was already of a very high standard.

Breakfast was good and varied. Although it was a few days before we were offered a menu! Rooms were well appointed and clean.

When asking for pizza late in the evening staff had turned off the oven and told us they closed at 21:30. However we had been informed 22:00 was closing time. Some staff forgot that we were the customer. Only 1 umbrella around the pool. The condition of the sun beds is very poor

Most Restaurant staff were rude Beach and snorkel equipment was worn out Be careful on boat excursion as safety briefing is not mandatory your on your own. Also bring cash on excursion
