Most of all, I liked the staff. Everyone from manager, to technician, to front desk, to bar tender, to restaurant worker, to the cleaning ladies, they were all super nice and accommodating. No question was too much. Then, let’s talk about the location. It is literally at shore, meaning you can hear the calming sounds of the waves and there are multiple restaurants in just 5 minutes walk plus as a bonus young island in a drop away. Finally, there is room service making the stay a complete paradise.

I have no complaints, merely some suggestions for in the room. I would add a mini microwave, a large mirror, a trash bin for in the bed area, and bars to hand up the towels instead of the hooks since with the hooks the towels don’t dry quickly. Also, I would change the bathroom door to open towards the outside instead of the inside because how it is now, you can’t put the floor math and it gets really cramped up inside. Lastly, the WiFi could use some upgrade.

Staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond, could not fault one member. Great vibes by the pool bar especially when the bartender had the music playing and making the best Mai Tai and Pina Colada cocktails. Straight access to the beach (villa beach) short walk to local bar areas as well if you want to stay out later. Food was tasty and well priced as were the cocktails and like I said before all staff go above and beyond even if you are a fussy eater like myself. Housekeeping and laundry services were extremely fast and very well priced as well. We went as a family and were happy with our stay, would definitely return when we go again.

The bathrooms in the rooms are a little small and could do with a bit of a revamp/remodel. Sliding doors slightly squeaky to and stiff to open. Access to a baby highchair would have been good.

Breakfast not included meant that we explored the menu and ate Caribbean from the beginning. Fish and chips for breakfast in the form of battered tuna and Roasted breadfruit was amazing! The snorkelling from the beach was the best of a six week stay. Somehow this part of the island still has sea grass, turtles and fish, where hurricane Beryl has removed many others.

It was expensive to buy all meals in hotel, but once we found how to leave the hotel that was better. Getting to Kingstown from the hotel was not easy as first timers on the Island.

The hotel had a very chilled, Vincy style vibe, we felt very comfortable and welcomed The rooms were spacious, and the view out to sea was stunning, set in beautifully landscaped gardens with local mango and breadfruit trees, the staff were friendly responsive and helpful. Also closely located on the strip were other hotels bars and restaurants, if you like a bit of variety, plus you get the free boat ride over to Young Island resort, remember to get permission first, by calling the Young Island

Beds were a bit soft and WiFi could be infrequent which could make watching a film tricky it would lose signal sometimes , but we managed fine, and were not in our rooms that much.

My husband and I stayed for two nights after leaving Bequia and before catching our flight from Argyle. PRO: Staff great. Room clean with good AC. Internet ok. CON: The beach was full of pebbles going in the water. Having stayed at Young Island across the channel, I was not expecting that. There was no way to get to the ferry to Young Island without walking a long distance on a very trafficked unsafe road. There was construction in front of another property. Two rum punch drinks on the patio was 50 EC 🤔. Seems excessive. We ate at the restaurant once and not again.

The people of Saint Vincent are absolutely wonderful, polite, relaxed, sincere and friendly. The beach was right at our doorstep. The grounds were lush, spotless and well maintained. Easy access to everything right off of our patio door. It was quiet at night and in the morning. The fresh breeze off the ocean was constant. The oversized wicker lounge chairs around the pool and patio area were very nice

The bed was super soft which may not be the best for everyone. I slept fine. The water pressure for the shower was a little weak and the temperature gauge was finicky. A screen on the patio door would have been a bonus. Only once or twice did a mosquito sneak in during the 8 days we stayed. We didn't employ the air-conditioner but it was working fine. A few more cushions for the lounge chairs would have been good. We only went without a cushion once. This is not a hotel issue, but a plea to my fellow tourists; please take care to properly return you glass bottles and caps. There was an excess of broken glass and bottle caps on the beach.

We had a wonderful time, hotel was clean, beds were comfortable ,and food very tasty, very close to beach front, so we also enjoyed having sea bath in the morning.

I will suggest putting microwave in the rooms, something may leftover that need to be heated

My stay at the hotel, was a comforting and lovely one, nice well maintained property with beautiful gardens, rooms nicely appointed...with plush double beds and nice comfortable linens, bathroom is spacious, and a nice amount of storage space in the room...a mini fridge, coffee and tea station with a kettle, along with complimentary bottled water was all an added bonus, all rooms it seems comes with a patio/balcony...so nice to relax on the outside, the staff was very accommodating, helpful and welcoming, it's on the beachfront so beautiful sunrise and sunsets...lounging around by the pool while taking in the views of the ocean all made for a wonderful stay, so its name fits it perfectly...definitely will return

Nothing...not one complaint... and that says a lot as I'm very particular about everything

Book this hotel..! Summary; Price was amazing, food was consistently excellent, rooms were small but perfect. Way cheaper to stay, eat, drink & beach at this hotel then you will find anywhere on St Vincent Small resort in a quiet location with the best beach on the island. 5 Star chef (definitely worth the price to eat onsight) & all the staff including the new manager were always happy & attentive. One of the owners was also visiting with her husband during our stay. Lovely lady, even helping clean around & tend to the pet parrot, but best just enjoying her time at the hotel like a regular guest (most would never even know she wasn't just a guest like they). Happy hour drinks were almost as cheap as @ the grocery store within walking distance. Grounds were well kept & loungers had comfortable pads if you wanted. Beautiful pool, safe location with 24hr guard service. Had a bit of extra security there for the last part of our stay, presumably due as we seen the Prime Minister of Barbados showed up to stay at the Hotel. Well named as the sunset is stunning to watch every night. WiFi was strong & fast until cruise ship beachers got passcodes. Cruise beachers were only around for a few hrs a couple times a week so not much of a bother at all. Easy walk over to Indian Bay Beach although I prefer the calmer bay at the hotel. Ask the manager if he knows any tour guides, we had an excellent private tour by Kevin of St Vincent's west coast to Dark View falls. If you desire there is a water taxi on the oceanfront boardwalk that will take you on the 30 second trip to Young Island to explore.

The optional meal plan needs to be revised. I assume it is rarely selected as the staff wasn't very updated on its inclusions. Although we ate like royalty our actual bill was half as much $ then the meal plan option ( meal plan should just be a loyalty discounted rate (example "20% off 18+ meals pr week" .. "15% off 14-18 mpw" for your stay not just a random 55USD75 amount pr day)

This was my second stay within a week, but a different category room, it was spacious, clean and comfortable with beautiful ocean and pool views, the staff was ever so accommodating..special mentioned of Angie the senior receptionist with her lovely smile and pleasant personality who went the extra mile to ensure my reservation was fully confirmed after a hiccup in the system, it meant a great deal to me, Desiree the bar supervisor who was always engaging, the location of the property can't be beat as it's directly on the beach with calm waters to take a dip, and if you're also lucky like I was to witness the fishermen pull up on the shore to deliver fresh catch of the day, in this area of Villa there's lots of restaurants/bars to choose from most on the oceanfront, public transportation is consistently on the move with a 25 minutes drive into Kingstown, the airport a 20 minutes drive away towards the windward side, all sums up a relatively lovely holiday...most definitely looking forward to the next visit.

Though mostly positives, I find the wifi was a bit blotchy and had to re-connect a few times, also couldn't understand the reason for scanning your passport on arrival, I've been to many countries, multiple hotel stays around the world...I've never experienced anything like it and may also be with held and put in a safe, I kindly ask for mine back with no issues.
