An excellent location out of town but nearby some great cafes and rural places. (Some of the big commercial gardens are a bit kitsch for my taste, but lots of interesting places to walk to or take a grab bike to from up here.) Great air and v cool climate. Quiet at night after the traffic almost suddenly stops after about 9. Really lovely and helpful staff. (I can't thank them enough for helping me with a comfortable van/limo to Saigon that came right to the door.) Immaculately clean rooms. Excellent and friendly service. It's a very new building (not always to everyone's taste in that sense) but the staff give it a 'warm' feeling already. Very good value for money. If you're looking for cafes to work nearby, there's obviously the very snazzy coffee 'Pacamara' place directly opposite, but do also try out the Rumg Dom Dom cafe about a 10 minute walk up the road if you fancy a quiet and very unpretentious place with a garden and good black coffee. Comfortable bed and good shower etc etc. (Grab bikes come here quite quickly, so don't be put off by the distance.) Sound like I work for this place now...

The room and bathroom were incredibly clean, I get very anxious about hotels not being clean and I was completely put at ease the moment I stepped into the hotel as it looks very well presented from the outside and inside. It has a nice modern design and is immaculate. The staff were all very polite, helpful and friendly - they even gave us lovely red envelopes for TET as we checked out which I thought was a lovely gesture! If I were ever to be in Da Lat again this is the only hotel I would book!

Nothing at all - it was perfect! Some people may find it difficult to walk to the city centre as it is around 30 minutes but Grab is so cheap and you can also rent motorbikes from the hotel which we didn’t use but is a great offer!

A very pleasant hotel : Warm welcome, spacious and comfortable room, great bedding, very clean, the staff is very kind and helpful. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend this hotel, we will come back :)

It is really far away from the center you need a car or motorcycle Don’t book for the room with balcony, is facing on the road so it quite noisy

Great value for money. We had the balcony room and the view was fantastic. Serviced every day by staff. Staff were very helpful whenever we had a query.

The only disadvantage is that the hotel is about 5-10 minutes away from town. However, they have motorbikes to hire so this really is a non issue.

Perfect place. Very cozy and comfortable. The room is big and warm. It's easy to get to the center. There is a very good coffee in front of the hotel. Strongly recommend the hotel and the cafe. After we left, we had forgotten some things, and the hotel stuff sends it to our new place. Thanks them a lot.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice! they helped us find very good restaurants and also in organising a bus to cam ranh for a very cheap price. The whole facility is new and just a little out of the center however it only takes you about 10 minutes to get to the center by motorbike which can be cheaply rented in the hotel.

So impressed with this hotel! The cleanliness, smell and space. Highly recommend

Our double room was in basement floor and had windows that was the view of a wall with painting of a tree. Pretty much the only downfall but we didn’t mind it

Everything was ok, as expected. Definitely worth money. Excellent staff.

The only drawback: close to the noisy road. Fortunately, at night time is quiet, sleeping was good.
