Lovely, friendly family that were very helpful and were fine with letting us stay an extra night at short notice due to illness. The location is perfect, in a very quiet and peaceful part of town, so no noise at night and a great sleep. The main sights are also within walking distance but Tony can also help with any transport or tour requirements to further places. There are loads of excellent food places nearby, basically try all of Tony's recommendations they are delicious. The room is large and comfortable, bathroom all good, perfect 10/10

Lovely spacious room, clean and comfortable. Best shower I've had in Vietnam. The owners were super friendly and helpful. They arranged food delivery for me as I was too tired to go out, gave me a care package when I left. Had a lovely conversation while the owners son played the grand piano. Good location near restaurants and shops. About 15 minutes walk from the Crazy House

Despite the details on booking.com saying I could pay by Visa or MasterCard I had to pay cash. I luckily just had enough but this meant I had no more cash - the owner did offer to drive me to a bank. Bit of a nuisance but not a major problem but this needs to be amended on the site

The best value for accommodation we’ve found yet in Vietnam! Tony and his family were super kind hosts, who made our stay very comfortable. As for the place itself, it’s very clean and quiet while still being in a central part of town. It’s just a quick 7 min drive to the main strip around the lake, while still having plenty of great eateries within a short walking distance.

We stayed at top floor room for 4 nights. Super comfortable with two king size beds. Lift takes you up to second floor. Host, Mr Tony is so helpful and friendly. Helped us to use Grabcar which made our travel around Dalat so easy and cost effective. Beautiful Christmas deco with excellent WiFi and filtered water. We got our breakfast bread heated almost everyday. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in Vietnam. The owner Tony and his family are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a great location, well maintained, newly built and provides all required facilities. He arranged a new scooter for me at a very good price and also helped with bus ticket bookings. Dalat is also a beautiful hill town of Vietnam and one should at least stay for 2-3 nights. I'll definitely recommend this place and visit again in future with my family.

Lovely stay, Tony is fantastic and helped with organising a taxi from the airport for me. The rooms are huge with everything you need, hot water and great shower pressure its amazing. We were so busy in the day that we just retreated to bed at night (super comfy) without socialising but we could hear the piano downstairs occasionally and it was beautiful to listen to.

Good location - a little traffic noise but off the Main Street. Large bedroom and very clean. The owner, Tony, and his family are so welcoming and helpful. He went out of his way to help us with sorting out a SIM card - taking me to the phone shop on his scooter and booking tours for us.Best value for money on our trip to Vietnam.

The location of the hotel is ideal with restaurants, cafes and the famous night market close by. Our room was clean and spacious, and the price was an amazing deal. But what made our stay truly special was the owner Tony, not only helping us with everything from renting a motorbike over great suggestions for food and cafes to where to bring our laundry, but truly treated us as friends. We sang and laughed together by the campfire on the rooftop, had great conversations over tea and drinks and genuinely felt at home. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

The property is located a short walk from the busy city centre so it's relatively quiet at night. The hotel is owned by Tony and his family and my interactions with them were my favourite part of the stay. Tony is very knowledgeable and is only too happy to suggest places to visit and restaurants to eat at. There was a grand piano downstairs and it was always a delight to hear music.

Off the main road so the location was very quiet. About 20min walk to the night marker area. Lots of local places to eat, they can also provide recommendations. Good size room, comfy bed and area to store bags. Shower pressure was great. Nice shared area. Family was so friendly .
