I’ve stayed in many Da Lat hotels, but Vincent’s combination of timeless style and attentive service stands out. Check-in was warm and efficient, with a welcome drink of lemongrass iced tea. My deluxe room had under-floor heating—an absolute blessing on April’s chilly mornings. The bathroom’s dual vanity setup was unexpected luxury. Breakfast featured omelets made to order and local fruit jams. My only small gripe: housekeeping knocked slightly early on my last morning—eager, but I would’ve liked a few more minutes of sleep. Overall, impeccable service and design make this a top choice.

Loved the location of TTR Vincent! It feels wonderfully secluded and peaceful on its hilltop, surrounded by pines and offering incredible valley views – perfect for relaxation. Yet, the city center, Xuan Huong Lake, and the Crazy House are just a short, inexpensive taxi ride away (5-10 mins), making exploration easy. The best of both worlds! Our room was lovely and clean, staff helpful. The balance between serenity and accessibility was perfect for our leisure stay.

Every aspect of our stay at TTR Vincent was excellent. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. Our room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean throughout our stay. Breakfast offered great variety and those views! Staff across all departments were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. The peaceful location capped it off. No complaints whatsoever – just consistent, high-quality comfort and service. Highly recommend.

Booked another 2 more nights for the same hotel to the extension stay in Da Lat. 1.Able to early check in . 2.Good location with 5 minutes walking distance to the meeting point for the transport shuttle to Nha Trang which is the main objective we booked this hotel. 3.Free drinking water bottle, coffee and tea for 4 pax though only 2 of us staying in the family room. 4.Kettle provided to boil water. 5.A lot of tv cable channels. 6. Spacious room for family type room with two queen beds type.

We chose the latter because it's cooler for ground floor room. The drawback of the ground floor room is the window facing the main road which needs to close the curtain all the time.

Loved the central location – easy walks everywhere. Twin room was modern, clean, and beds were comfy. Staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful. Good value. Noticed a lack of hooks or shelves in the bathroom – nowhere convenient to hang towels or a toiletry bag. Ended up using the towel rail awkwardly. Small design miss, but overall positive.

The room is worth my money. I love the location because I can travel to the city center easily. Highly recommend.

My room is right next to the reception area and I don't like it. It's my preference and it's not the problem of the hotel.

Central location of the hotel. Helpful staff, one of them printed a cambodian visa for me. Possibility to rent a scooter.

Unfortunately I didn't enjoy my room at all, maybe except the bathroom which was very modern. The room had no windows and there was damp. I would appreciate it if there was information about it in the room description. The wifi didnt work most of the time. Too expensive for a room without a window and no breakfast option.

Location, has everything you need in the room

When I moved in the surfaces and cabinets were very dirty. Although otherwise there were no problems with cleaning.

Layout and size of the room as well as the location of the hotel which was near most of the restaurants and attractions we visited. The bed was super big and comfy which I loved!

There was a smell coming from the fridge area and the physical location of the room was next to the reception so at times we could hear other guests outside in the lobby area.
