Friendly & helpful staff and the check-in process was a breeze. The room & ensuite were spacious, squeaky clean and beautifully appointed. I had a room with a nice view looking out the mountains and district views. The hotel was located in Pasteur, a quiet or quieter end of town and up on the ridge. The room rate was very reasonable for what you got. I would come back to stay here again.

An electric kettle was provided but no tea or coffee amenities were available in the room. I think the hotel management should think about adding this convenience to make the hotel stay more complete. I stayed here on a holiday so I didn't need a desk but if you are staying for work there isn't one.

Nice place in Da Lat. Our room was specious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was also quite big. Clean and well decorated.

The big window facing to the street could have some extra thin curtains, as otherwise we had to always keep the big curtains closed to not to be exposed to the outside world. The shower temperature was hard to regulate. The water was either too hot or cold. Tricky.

Spacious comfortable 2 bed room apartment, model smart toilet with strong hot water shower. Very beautiful view via giant window. Lovely plant outside of window. Love the camellia and tiny flowers at the lobby.

Poor breakfast, need to improve both variety and quality. Giant wood ceiling decoration in one bedroom looks very heavy and create uncomfortable feeling for poeple sleeping under it. Not so good noise proof window

Our room is much more spacious than we expected! It is also tidy and with a great view. Breakfast place is at the rooftop. The view there is even greeeeeater! They also provide motorcycle rental service.

Breakfast choices are relatively little. They have rooms in B1 and ground floor, which have no view, so if anyone expects to have good veiw, they should book and choose room type carefully.

The hotel was clean and spacious. It was very modern and was easy to walk to tourist attractions nearby. Good mini bar selection. There was a wide choice of breakfast foods. The views to the city were nice.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a lot of noise coming from the breakfast room in the mornings, lots of chairs and tables scraping on the floor.

New Hotel with a very nice eating and relaxing area top floor. Breakfast had some really nice drink choices including Perilla juice and Kumquat tea which were firsts for me. Good Restaurant with reasonably priced lunch or dinner options.

I couldn't navigate the TV. No Safety box Breakfast could have been better with greater protein choices Location - but used a grab to get around. The Hotel does not come up when searched for in Grab - drivers have trouble locating the Hotel.

1. Staff very friendly and helpful even though there were some language barriers, they still tried their best to ensure that we had a smooth and pleasant stay. While it was raining, they waited near the hotel entrance to ensure we had umbrella to shelter us from the main road. 2. Very value for money (we stayed the family suite with 2 rooms and shared dining table and kitchen). 3. Very good views from hotel room 👍🏻 4. Hotel breakfast was simple and yummy!

This place is amazing. It is absolute luxury. The staff are so kind. The bedrooms are gorgeous and clean with amazing views. The restaurant has amazing views. Breakfast was good but dinner was average. Bathrooms are really nice.

We stayed in the room under the restaurant and we could hear the tables and chairs being moved around each morning, and one night until late when there was a party on.
