Location location..is closed to everything. (Although i mean by car not by walking) There are tons of restaurants within 2-5mins drive( taxi). Hotel has a modern look and facilities creating a cleanliness feeling. Rooms are spacious and clean. And top of all is the price. Super affordable.

Getting to this hotel require a steep drive uphill. Also, hotels at this price tag in Vietnam are not equipped with noise cancelling insulation therefore almost every night you can hear people singing karaoke close by. Close the window helps a little. Do check everything before you enter room. I have no idea there were tags hanging on the free water bottles as well as pay-water bottle. They made me pay for these as they couldn't find them when checking the rooms.

Well maintained, clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was adequate but justified for the price. There was some noise from the street but it wasn’t as bad as comments we read. Location in a residential area meant that noise reduced during the night. We extended our stay for another night and would recommend it.

A menu was provided in the room guide, indicating that there was a restaurant but the restaurant was never open.

Big room. Variety of breakfast each day was good. Cleanliness. Value.

Set in a residential area...so took a while to get to center of town and road infrastructure to get there was a challenge...but this is also a positive as you stay away from the tourist crowds and don't hear traffic or the city noise.

Spacious suite. Mostly fairly quiet. A little out of the centre, but only 30,000 dong for a Grab taxi to the centre. Smiling, helpful staff on reception.

Hard bed, rather hard sofa, limited breakfast for western tastes. Breakfast staff all seemed miserable.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Great location. Close to tourist places, but far enough to be away from the crowds.

No real complaints. Shower could be a bit tricky to get the right temperature, but not really a big issue.

The hotel was lovely and clean. Good breakfast provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although there were occasional misunderstandings due to language issues.

Breakfast was great. Staff were nice and helpful. Place was very clean. I like how you can watch movies while taking a poop in the washroom. That washroom window was a plus. It has blinds if you want privacy as well.

Maybe its far away from the places to eat/drink and see. But a Grab can solve that.

Great, spacious room and breakfast. Also view from the balcony was stunning.

staff can hardly speak english. Room check before departure (have not see this procedure for a long time) discovered that we are missing a towel and a spoon :), so we had to pay for these missing items - this has really spoiled all the impression.
