I like to write honest reviews to help travelers and as much as I liked my stay at Jerry's the room I booked was facing the street and the location was very loud. The constant honking, music from downstairs and street noise was hard to sleep through. The restaurant music would start at 6:30 or so, I asked the owner to move my room to the back side and he was very kind to do so, but the back room was also noisy from the bathroom next door (just thin walls) plus there was fainted glass door (not see through) that would let a lot of light in from the hallway. The owner is very sweet and helpful and speaks great English. He will help you with buses etc. There is also an option to hire a scooter driver to show you around. I enjoyed the area with great restaurants and very safe feel, 15 min to the night market. I also enjoyed the free tea.

The noise, the floors were dirty. Other than that the place was very nice and comfortable.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The decor of the place is very nice. It’s well maintained and clean. The host is very attentive and friendly. There’s a shared kitchen available which was quite nice. Each room had a kettle and even water bottles were provided. The location is super convenient and walking distance to the city center.

I could hear cars all the time as it’s a quite trafficked area, but this is not the hotel’s fault. Just sharing for those seeking more quiet places.

amazing owner! Firstly checks us in at 7am on our arrival day as we had got there so early on the bus! Gives us a better room than we have booked, which was so clean and amazing with a beautiful balcony area He rented us one of his motorbikes which was very new and cheaper than we had been quoted at any other place He also sorted our bus tickets and transfer to Saigon To top this all off we realised just before getting our transfer bus at 10:30pm that we had left one of our backpacks somewhere during the day, he then went and checked both places we thought we had left the bag for us while we went to the bus stop! He somehow found the bag and arrived just before our bus left with the bag for us! Can’t believe what a great man he is and we encourage everyone to stay at his hotel! The hotel is a great location also, a short walk into the busy city centre

Good location, walking distance to the center. A few good restaurants nearby too. Boss very nice and helpful, gave me good advice about going around the city. I stayed for four days and the bed sheets were changed during my stay. Hot water before 10 pm, before that time the water is great. Remember to shower early.

Very comfortable and well-suited for families. The “Jerry” is from Tom and Jerry! There are toys in the lobby for kids to play with. Super comfortable bed with a private bathroom. The owner is very kind and attentive.

If you room faces the main street, then the café across the road plays music loudly all day, but this is no fault of the hotel. The hot water also took a long time to heat up but is hot.

The owner was very attentive and nice, as was the girl who worked at the reception. They helped me with many things like good places for food, groceries and coffee. Also with places for currency exchange if you need to. Luckily there were excellent places for phở and bánh mì right next door and a good coffee place across the street. There was always fresh jasmine tea available to drink in the lobby. The entire place was very clean and maintained. The room had fresh bedding, towels and was stocked with toiletries. The bed was comfortable as well. My room was next to the stairwell which was pretty quiet with the exception of guests occasionally moving about during the day. It was well protected from most of the road noise. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend to anyone looking for quality experience in Đà Lạt.

Since there's no need for air conditioning, the windows are always open so sometimes cigarette smoke would come in through the windows. It wasn't often so it's probably just up to chance if a smoker lights up near your window.

The owner of Jerry House is a kind man, that was approachable and helped us with booking transportation to the next city. The team does not make the lack of english stop them from being very nice and communicative. The rooms are decorated with good taste and are quite modern. The wifi was good. Location in quiet area and 15min walking distance from night market.

The room had no window (except for a tiny one close to the ceiling facing the interior stairs), so no views as advertised. The walls were quite thin and there was quite a lot of noise of things falling during the morning. But nothing that was bad enough not to return.

We felt very welcomed at Jerry’s House. The owner is very nice and also the receptionist (even that we had to “speak” with her through google translate). The room was big, little bit chilly, nice with the balcony but also a bit noisy (just til 10pm, when the cafe opposite closes). We liked the location (points of interest are close, calm street, lots of good food around). The scooter we rented was in very good conditions. Overall it’s a good place to stay for small money

The staff were lovely and extremely helpful with booking bus tickets. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great for accessing high quality food and drink in Da Lat.

Great place to stay- clean, spacious room. The best part is the most lovely host who helped me with literally everything. Even after I left he helped me with booking bus from another city. He arranged everything with my other host in a different city to make sure all is good. Thank you SO SO much!
