The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful specifically the restaurant staff. We also took the hotel car for a tour and it was a great experience thanks to the driver Mr Anh, who is also a good guide. The breakfast is also good, but the same menu on all days so if you are staying for more than a couple of days, you will miss the variety.

Neighbors made noise in the evening and early morning. We booked 2 connecting rooms but one room has broken wood on the floor which makes it old. We book next stay at another kind of room.

Little bit far from dalat CENTRE

I traveled to Dalat 3 times and stayed at this location. It was very pleasant.. Very clean and a wonderful view. The food was fantastic. I would highly recommend.. 🙏

The hotel is very fancy, it has a good size pool and dining room. It is reasonably close to the night markets and Crazy House. The room itself is large and modern. We only stayed for 1 night, but it was a pleasant stay. We got a good price during the low season.

The pool shuts early compared to other hotels.

This was a spacious room in a comfortable and grand hotel. It was a bit of a walk to the lake and markets but taxis were very cheap

My family recently enjoyed a 4-night stay at the Saigon Dalat Hotel. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Staffs were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The Saigon Da Lat Hotel is a beautiful, well-maintained, luxury property in the perfect location of Da Lat! All the hotel staff were courteous, attentive, and clearly wanted to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was VERY large and the king-sized bed was VERY comfortable!

Breakfast was OK but the selection is almost the same every morning. Could do with a bit more variety.

Location a bit far away from the city center particularly the night market. Have to take a taxi there.

'+ Receptionist told me that my stay was 4 nights, while my booking was 5 nights. I requested to check and inform me if their info was wrong. They never reverted to me. After 4 nights, I packed to leave, then informed them so, they said I cannot do that. No apologize. Quite dissapointed with service level for a 4-stat hotel. + Room shows sign of worn-out, such as floppy wooden floor in room.
