The staff is very friendly, a great team. The hotel is very clean and the decoration is very nice. Upon my arrival the room was spotless, very clean, great job from all the staff who work there. The room has all the amenities. There are restaurants around, where you can eat and it's close to the night market +- 12 min walking. Anything i needed they were available. On the last day they let me put my suitcase at the reception after i checked out..the girl at the reception was very lovely she helped me book on her own app grab,..I would definitely book here again. 10/10

Very clean and well equipped room. The first hotel in 7 weeks in Vietnam that provided an iron and ironing board - much appreciated! In the heart of town just a short stroll up a slight hill to night market. Large balcony with a lovely table and chairs.

It is on an extremely busy intersection and traffic noise was loud and constant, all day and long into the night, allowing 3-4 hours sleep only per night. Difficult to work remotely due to noise

Location was amazing, really close to most of the restaurants & cafes we wanted to try. We were concerned about the lack of AC, but the fan was more than sufficient. We also really liked that there was a screen between the toilet & shower - not that common in Vietnam so we loved this. Comfy bed & pillows and spacious room.

If we had to be really picky, our door didn’t close properly so every time we shut it we caused a massive bang which we didn’t like from a disturbing other guests pov.

Absolutely lovely hotel in a great location in Dalat. The rooms are very spacious, with great amenities, very comfortable beds and great showers. I was travelling with friends, and we were warmly welcomed by Dao, who really assisted us and made our stay extra special. Thank you, Dao, and to the entire team at Sweet Lavender Hotel. I would highly recommend it, and if I ever return to Dalat, this would be the first place I would stay at.

Clean spacious and quiet room in a great location near the centre (entrance on the side street of a main road) for a bargain price. Goods beds. No breakfast but everything is available nearby.

Our room had a not-screened shower so count on a wet bathroom

Good location to walk to the Night market and café AN. Clean & spacious room. We had a room with a good view on the city and mountain. Possible to rent a motorbike. Possibility to put our backpacks in the lobby. Staff tried to help us in any way they could. Booked our night bus to HOI AN from here too.

We arrived with the sleeper bus (around 06:00 AM) It’s a pity that there is no place to rest; for 2 people. If you want to check in EARLY there is a (high) FEE. If you decide to sit in the lobby to rest after the night bus then keep in mind that as from 07:00/07:30 there will be an instrumental music playing in the lobby. (The same songs over and over again) 😬

Huge thank you to the lovely man (whose name I’ve lost) that works at the reception! Making sure everything was great for our stay and for our visit to Dalat. Location is fantastic if you enjoy being in there heart of things! On a busy street so it is noisy, but we slept great!& Rooms are newly renovated and spotless!

Would’ve loved breakfast

We loved every moment here. Everything is perfect, from staff to room and the cleanliness. we stayed in the VIP room and this was exceptionally good. thank you for the nice stay. They also arranged indoor parking for our motorbike and laundry service. We would recommend to everyone!

the staff were lovely and very helpful! the place smelt amazing and only 10 min walk from good restaurants and attractions. we had a small issue where the door wouldn’t lock and opened from the outside without the key card, but the staff fixed it when we notified them so can’t fault them really

the bed was a little hard so for a few nights it was difficult to get comfortable. there is no a/c in the room only a fan so it did get a little hot at night also

Lovely room (we recommend to book VIP room), lots of amenities, we really love it! The receptionist who was there during our stay and 1.1. for our check out was absolutely professional and nice, speaks great English. Thank you, we really enjoyed!

For someone could be noisy as is located in city center, but we don’t mind
