- staff were friendly - the room was functional - the location was very central! - the bathroom was nice

- the soundproofing is poor, we could hear every time the elevator moved and we were on the top floor and were shouting to speak to one another when it rained, if you’re a light sleeper this wouldn’t be good - when we entered the curtain pole was on the floor and the curtain was folded up on the table, so we put it up ourselves, not sure why this was the case ?? - more attention needed on the cleaning, it was clean enough but there was a lot of hair in the bathroom and the floor was dirty

Price was good for the location and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Well, there was a kettle in the room but no tea cups. I asked a young man at reception for one and he was grumpy and produced a glass. There were already glasses there and it is not good to pour boiling water into a glass. All I wanted was a simple cup !! Generally the staff seemed unmotivated and could not speak English. I would have stayed longer but I moved to a hotel with better customer service and a cup !

The hotel is in a good location and the front desk staff helped us book additional rooms upon additional requests.

We couldn't imagine such a good property with very minimum price. It was great deal for us. This hotel was the lowest price range hotel from the entire hotels of vietnam. We had a two night stay here. It was clean and room size was also ok. You can get bike from the hotel, you will have to submit the one passport for the security. It's walkable distance to the dalat night market where you can eat street food. Overall good stay.

The hotel has a very airy and harmonious design, spacious, fully equipped and comfortable, located in the city center. We booked 4 nights but only stayed one night and had to return to the city. Ho Chi Minh City, but we informed the hotel early so they could look for other customers to fill the reservation we canceled. And in the end, they refunded our 3 nights room fee. Great service and customer care.

Good location a few minutes walk to night market & a few coffee shop nearby. However for muslim the neares halal restaurant is 10 minutes away. Laundy is cheap, smell good and fast, staff really helpful & kind. There's lift provided.

Cleanliness can be improved especially the toilet. They charge the water bottle for twhe 2nd day, only 2 bottle is free.

we arrived at the Thanh Thanh and were told that we had to wait as we were being moved to the new hotel .no other explanation. 10 mins later a lad came for us and we walked to the other hotel 100 yards up the road . The room had no window and no air con , so after saying we had booked a room with a window we were taken to one in the top floor with a window and door onto a shared balcony . The hotel was new but not quite finished . The breakfast was basic , no fruit juice fruit , coffee was cold . The room wasn’t cleaned and when I went down with towels I was told to take them back up and we would have clean ones . The hotel is well located for all attractions and night life . Decor is very nice but certain things have not been finished .Perhaps they opened in a rush .

Bathroom got soaked every time we had a shower as the poor design of where the shower and taps are located is a problem . can see this having to be rectified in the near future . Switches for the lights are just by the door so cannot access them from the bed . shared balconies just do not work .

Great place to stay for 2 nights in dalat! Amazing stuff makes me fully love Vietnam！ after leaving 2 days I realised I forgot my favourite shirt at hotel. I messaged Thanh Thanh the stuff helped me to delivered to my hotel in Danang. I can’t appreciate more for it ! Thank you all so much! Lovely people with heart and soul 🙏🏻
