Pi Hostel in Dalat is for sure one of the best locations I have ever stayed in Asia - where I travel now more then 40 years. I was living in a suite with city view, 3 rd floor, and the room really was excellent. Bed, bathroom, bathtube (which I needed twice as an ultrarunner), coffee, TV, WIFI and breakfast - everything was delicious. Two balconies!! The centre was only 600 m away, also restaurants and supermarket. I had a perfect massage just 300 m away. We rented motorbikes to go around in Dalat - they worked perfect. The staff fulfilled every crazy wishes we had - including buying 6 l of Grapefruitjuice in Saigon in an vietnamese Webshop and putting it on my invoice. I never had something like this before. For LAAN Ultra 55K I will stay in this hotel another time for 5 nights - and I will book another 13 nights (same room) when I come back in March 25 for 70K Dalat Ultra.

It's simply perfection what they do .. I see nothing to improve it ...

This room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the little things like the tea set, dried fruits, and foot massage bath tub. Breakfast offered a small but giood selection. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. Close to the markets About ten minutes walk. Only a four story building so the lifts were fast. .the bath is big and very good.

No air conditioning, no safe, bar fridge was noisy and had to turn off at night. Room was noisy as motorbikes are outside all the time. Might need ear plugs. The room was steamy after showering as it didn't have air conditioning or an exhaust fan. The shower head was blocked in places so we had to use the hand held spray washer. The bath towels were a bit small and thin. The beds were very firm.

This was probably my favorite hotel during my entire holiday in Vietnam. I really hope they keep up the good work. The staff were very active and friendly. I had made a mistake in my booking and accidentally reserved one extra night. I completely forgot about it. During check-in, the receptionist noticed it, made a quick call to confirm if we could adjust the reservation, and it was fixed right away. It took less than a minute. I appreciated how fast and easy it was, especially since it was my fault. I was expecting to hear something like “not possible” or “you have to wait,” but everything was handled immediately and kindly. We booked the Deluxe Attic Double Room with Balcony, and we were not disappointed. The room was nice, clean, and had a lovely view. The location was also great. You can easily walk around to explore shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was nice. It was simple but well prepared. It wasn’t a large buffet, but you can definitely find something to suit your taste. They had croissants, toast, eggs, and the usual basics. If I return to this area for another vacation, I will definitely book here again. To the hotel team – my best wishes and keep up the good work. I really hope the hotel is kept in good condition over time. The staff are doing a great job, but even with the best service, it's important that the place stays well maintained. This was not the hotel’s fault, but there was construction happening right in front of the building. The hotel is in a quiet area (looks like), so normally it should be peaceful, but unfortunately, we were woken up early because of the construction noise. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about.

Cozy little room, super clean, comfy bed and strong shower. Bonus complimentary tea and facemasks 💞 The location is perfect. Walking distance to the night market and trendy social part of town with great local restaurants and of course the Maze bar 👌 The hostels hang out area is really beautiful and the owner has done a great job with the design. The craft beer selection was awesome and really well priced! The rooftop gym is well equipped and the rooftop garden is a great place to chill out with a book. The staff were awesome, English was really impressive and we felt right at home the minute we checked in. Thanks for a great stay!

Very minor, and didn't affect our stay but an extractor fan in the bathroom would help significantly in reducing the condensation ☺️

We had a spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The room had lots of natural light and windows that open to catch the mountain breeze. The shower is large and worked well. The staff replenish your water and towels each day. The staff are extremely helpful!! We had some flight issues, and they helped us contact the airlines. They also recommended a tour that was fabulous when we ran out of things to do and made an appointment for me at a spa. Breakfast options were decent.

The toilet area is a little squished in the bathroom, and water from the shower can make the whole bathroom floor slippery.

Had the most pleasant stay. I am very happy about this and a very happy place. Excellent service, friendly, available, and attentive staff. Quick responses on message. Great hospitality. The girls play lovely music all the time. They are kind and I hope appreciated for what they do. Love the architecture and interior design. Very nice lounge area. Clean and spacious. The best Indian restaurant down the road. Otherwise, nothing close by and worth mentioning. Location is good to get everywhere and a quieter spot in a very busy town. Bed is large, firm and super comfortable, best I've come across for a long time. Large bathroom/ wetroom- you need to manage i. Otherwise, everything gets wet. Breakfast was fresh and good, a bit of everything, although the same every day. Lovely breakfast area. Sunny and inviting.

This is a pity - the windows are not soundproof- there are gaps actually and you can hear noise from the road, as if you've left a window open. It's better over the weekend. It didn't keep me awake, but light sleepers, take note.

We had a suite and it has pretty cool design. It was not cold at night as there’s very warm blanket in the room. Nice bathroom and beautiful view!

There was a construction with very loud noises at midnight after 10pm and the stuff didn’t even try to find a way to help us with this inconvenience. Instead they were very surprised it was a problem for us. Luckily, they stopped at 00:30. A part from that - the stuff is great - they helped us to rent a scooter and check in/checkout was smooth. Oh, yes, the eggs - you have to boil it yourself and it requires some skill. I believe there should be at least small onboarding how to use egg-cooker and other stuff

We upgraded after one night in the hotel to a suite at the hostel for the extra space in bedroom and bathroom area which also had a fridge and better ammenities.We were glad we did as it rained most of one day and we stayed in our room until it stopped. There was also a small coffee table and chairs and plenty of room to move about.

The first room at the Pi Hotel didn't have a sealed door to the outside balcony and it was noisy and a lot of light pollution at night. The room was small and didn't have a fridge for cold drinks or food purchased.

Our room was stunning and had a wonderful view of Dalat, everything was wonderfully clean and the downstairs area was also very cool.

The worst bit about this place was the breakfast, I have eaten many SE hotel breakfasts but this one was easily the worst choice and quality, often a mess. Note there is construction going on next door that can be very loud and working at night.

Excellent location, walking distance to night market, nearby famous foods etc. Yet far from busy street give us a very comfort and quiet night. Hostel also provide scooter rental too. All the staffs are super friendly and able to speak good English.

Prepare to walk up hill and down hill...haha. Nothing I didn't like about this hostel! Everything is so nice.
