Our rooms were big and bright. All of the greenery. Kitchen is a bonus.

Smoking in all common areas. There should be a designated smoking area away from other guests.

The room was very clean and comfortable, we liked the area and hotel so much, we extended and would have stayed even longer if we had the time. It did look a little bigger and brighter on the pictures but it's ok, there was still enough space and light from the small window. The shower works great, you just have to let it run for a bit before it warms up. Very good insulation so it doesn't get cold and blocks noises out well. So thankful for the drinking water dispenser, saves a lot of plastic. The kitchen dishes could be cleaner but that's on the guests who use them. It's in a quieter area with plenty of great food spots and a walking distance to the night market and Crazy House. The young receptionists were lovely, helpful and always available.

The hotel is beautiful, great value for money and the room is clean and comfortable. It's situated in a convenient quiet area so there's no street noise. 🤗

A large group of guests arrived at 4am on my last night there, making a huge amount of noise, shouting etc as they did. Whilst there's no excuse for their selfish, inconsiderate behaviour, there's equally no excuse for the hotel allowing it, at the expense of all their other guests' sleep. I went out to have a word, but staff only apologised and did nothing about the noise. Disappointing.

I loved everything about this homestay. Its a home away from home. I enjoyed it so much, that I extended my stay for another week. Very beautiful and the vibe is great and homie. Spacious, very clean, neat and comfortable room with great natural light and a perfect view. I got exactly what i booked. The shower was spacious with warm water and the water pressure was great. There was a hairdryer if needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable - the bed was a little hard, but i still had great sleep every night. There were so many TV Channels to choose from - Viet and English. There is a kettle in the room with 2 glasses only, no mini fridge, but you can use the communal fridge. Housekeeping doesn't bother you everyday - you can request when you would like the room to be cleaned. I highly favoured this. If you want laundry to be done - they would refer you to a place that picks up and drops off your clothes. Communal Kitchen that you can use to cook dinner, and a water filter for free drinking water. You can relax on the roof - where its nice and airy and it also has a beautiful view. Quiet area, close and quick walk to so many restaurants/bars/coffee shops, the lake, market and town centre. They lock the gate at night, but there is a bell if you arrive after the gate is locked. Very safe area. The staff is very friendly, understanding and helpful. I could not believe how affordable is was for everything that was included. Definitely my favourite place I have stayed at in Vietnam by far. I absolutely loved my stay and will stay here every time I visit Da Lat.

There is nothing bad I can say about Lovely House.

Large quiet room, excellent enclosed stall shower with lots of hot water, good pressure and a free-flowing drain - shampoo and shower gel provided. Plenty of vanity space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries. Lots of electrical outlets to charge devices. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Very reasonable price.

The mattress was super hard and extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Lighting in the room was dim (although very good in the bathroom). No toilet paper holder in the bathroom. No place to set luggage except on the floor. These were minor things but the super hard bed lowered the rating.

The staff was very friendly, 24h reception desk, and the room was clean. We extended several times with no problems. The location is very close to major sight seeing in the town (Crazy House, Market, the park, etc) with cute coffee shops nearby.

Nothing bad, just a note, when looking for the place with google maps, it will try to lead you to the left street after entering the side street. Don't go to the left, keep walking the small street until you see the sign of the hotel on the left side. Another note, since we ended up staying for 6 nights, I wished they would have cleaned our room (wiping the floor) maybe after the third night or so, but I also forgot to ask them to do that. I am sure they would have with no issue of I'd asked them.

The location is very good. It is central but silghtly off-centre. It is, for instance, within walking distance of the central market, but also within walking distance of the lake. In summary the location is quieter than on the other side of the market, but walkable to anywhere you are lkely to want or need. My room was huge, attractive and well-appointed. Above all, for me, there was hot water, genuinely hot water, any time day or night. Finally, staff at the hotel were always pleasant and helpful and that was true throughout Dalat. People tried so, so hard to be friendly and helpful, even where there was no comon language.

No complaints about the hotel, Neither do I have any real complaints about the city, but you have to accept its relatively slow pace and that communication can become tortuous where there is no common language. For instance English is not widely spoken.

The atmosphere of this hotel reflects its name "Lovely House". All around there are beautiful plants and Orchids very well cured. Around 8 am relaxing music is playing all around the hotel and gives you a sense of peacefulness which contrasts the chaotic life and noise you find outside in DaLat center. The staff was always nice and friendly. The room and every area of the accommodation was clean and well organised. If I have a chance to come back to Dalat, I will definitely stay here again.

I would have loved to have self-service laundry service - however, the laundromat is pretty close (5 minutes walk)

The little court inside amplifies the noise when people are sitting there. Around 11pm there were people there, with a loud voice, I complained 2 times with reception, who didn't get any action, until I yelled to the people to shut up because it was late and O wanted sleep. Then the receptionist came to switch the lights so the group left the room. Another thing I didn't like is the hotel doesn't allow to pay by card, they want only cash, without think that for tourists is a problem sometimes. Also, not mentioned anywhere on booking. Com

Good hotel, the room is simple but spacious and clean, convenient location near the center, the girls at the reception are friendly. There is hot water in the shower. It is worth noting that there is no air conditioning in the room, although the temperature was comfortable. Also, the room is not cleaned during the stay, although for me it was not a problem.
