Comfortable firm mattress. Quiet at night for an excellent night's sleep. Friendly staff let me check early too. 😊 Having kitchen access and free water refills is really useful. Also, staff kindly helped translate when the Futa bus arrived to pick me up. I would stay here again. 😊

Staff pointed out a sign (in Vietnamese) saying it's VND 50k to use the shared kitchen. I only wanted to make some porridge for breakfast and pointed out that I could buy a whole breakfast for under VND 50k. They agreed to waive the fee, which was nice, but it would be even better if this was generally not requested.

The look of the guesthouse was great. It's very calming space and a good location. In walking distance to the main street where you can then meet up and take a taxi or walk to tourist attractions. Don't expect beds like in the western world. The mattress are not that comfy but good by Asian standards. Close to a shop and restaurants.

The bathroom was GREAT. Good shower pressure but it is disgustingly dirty. You can see that the shower has not been scrubbed or glass panels wiped down in MONTHS. It's such a pretty bathroom. This was the only downside to my time here.

We were a married couple staying in this wonderful hotel in a room with a balcony from May 26 to May 30, 2022. The room is spacious, with lots of windows. Very comfortable bed with good linen. The room has a TV, a fan, a clothes rack, a dressing table with a mirror, bedside tables. The bathroom has a really hot shower with good water pressure. There are shower accessories: shampoo, shower gel, etc., hair dryer. At the reception there is a kitchen with everything you need, a refrigerator, a stove. The hotel is located in a quiet side street very in the very center. I would also like to mention a very wonderful staff who is always ready to help with any of your requests. We were provided with a bike for rent of very good quality, new. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We will recommend the Hotel to friends and will return to this hotel again.

The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff were very cheerful and helpful. It was in a most convenient location for the town centre and, being up a side street, very quiet. It was great value for money!

There was no housekeeping to make the bed or replace towels and bathroom shampoo etc. You had to get them from reception. This did not bother me at all!

The location is close to perfect; in a quiet area some 10 minutes walk from the night market and the western side of the lake. Part of the way it is possible to walk through the green area west of the lake. Nice staff; the "evening guy" spoke good english and was very helpful

I would have appriciated a fridge in the room, but "no big deal" Could use the one in the kitchen

The lovely staff tries to save you money and keep you safe. I could cancel a night without extra pay. Really pretty decorations. And they can rent you a motorcycle for only 100k dongs a day

The beds are a bit hard, and the street was a bit hard to find since it's in a hidden alley and Google maps isn't accurate.

The entrance is lovely, just like its name. The staff is nice and the place is cozy, comfortable to stay. It's also near the lake, walking distance to the night market, with reasonable price.

Quite difficult to find as it was a long way from the main street but the staff was helpfull guiding us to the hotel.

The room is spacious and well-equipped with decent facilities. Staffs are friendly and extremely helpful. I appreciate the help that the male receptionist has given to my group staying at the hotel. Lovely House locates at the city centre so it takes me only 10 minutes walking to the Da Lat Market following nearby trail road. Easily access to other restaurant, food shop from the hotel. It definitely goes up to the top of my list for hotel in Da Lat. Will return for another stay whenever I get to the city.

A bit problem with getting the hot water from the tube.

Good location in centre of town but it was quiet at night. Walking distance to the main attractions and bar restraunt areas. Laundry service available was cheap and convenient!

No food options available at the premises but this was expected.

Nice clean room with all facilities provided. Staff were very reliable in helping us out with our requirements. The property is just off the main road, and hence calm and quiet, and easily walkable to the shops around. Had a great stay at Lovely House.
