Hotel is located just on the edge of the busy part of town. So relatively quiet. The room we booked was very musty and if we opened the window the noise from restaurants and street at back of hotel could be heard. We asked to be moved to another room and the staff kindly moved us to a room facing the town with a balcony, equivalent of a maids quarter in Paris which we really appreciated.

The staff at the front desk were continually on their phones and were more interested in their online activities. Felt like we were interrupting them whenever we had a question.

Lovely clean new looking property. It is very well located, close to many restaurants, night market is 10 mins walk. The staff were very helpful, upgraded me to a balcony room which had a lovely view of the river and the city behind. Bed comfortable, shower hot with good water pressure. Couldn't fault it. Would definitely stay again

the toilet wooden door in the double bed room is unable to lock (204) there is no clothes hanger in the bathroom (201)

The property overall is very nice! Clean and comfortable, great location, lots of food choices around. Extremely amazing staff!

The only thing I would add is some hangers in bathroom for towels.

Nice hotel, comfy bed. Great Led lighting in the bathroom! The ladies at reception upgraded us to a garden view room which we appreciated.

No AC in room but it didn’t bother us :)

Van was lovely and gave us an upgrade for free, despite not even asking for one. All staff were attentive and rooms were clean with Netflix ect.

Really friendly and helpful reception. The location was really good and peaceful. You can rent a scooter and wash laundry at the property. The room was very clean with fresh towels every day. 24/7 security in the property.

The mattress was really hard to sleep on.

updated, clean, big rooms with a very comfortable bed. super cute interior design. great value for the money. location is very walkable to all the sights/bars/restaurants. I very much enjoyed my stay here.
