Loved that the room always felt fresh. We had clean towels every day. Hot water and pressure was fantastic. Laundry was a little expensive but it was clean, folded, and smelt so good. Was close to all the attractions we wanted to see.

Sound proofing is not great. You could hear the person next door snoring. Also sounded like around 21:00 people started to moving furniture around the room upstairs. So if you are a deep sleeper this one is for you! Also from the restaurant you will here happy birthday ALOT, but that's out of Moc Tra's hands.

Very comfortable room and bed, cleanest room and bathroom we've seen on our trip, friendly owner and personnel. Would definitely stay again!

In general very satisfied. A few things to keep in mind: - Located a bit outside of the city centre (15-20 min walk), however easily solved by cheap Grabs or scooter rental. - Spotlights outside of the building illuminated our room a bit at night - bring a sleeping mask. - Daytime receptionist did not speak English, but with travel agencies/motorbike rentals etc. nearby this was not a problem for us. The owner does speak English and was present every evening.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night and really liked it. The most important thing is that it was very clean, tidy, and cozy! The staff were pleasant and polite! Overall, it’s an excellent value for money. If we are in Da Nang again, we will stay there. If this can be considered a downside, there was no hot water after midnight, but we didn’t ask if it could be turned on. Maybe if we had asked, they would have turned it on for us. So, this is a conditional minus. If this is critical for you, check this in advance.

With the exception of the soundproofing, which was the main issue, the stay went very smoothly. Despite the hotel's central location, the address is a little unclear without the hotel owner's help, its understandable with the mutual situation in Dalat. There was no elevator but my room was on the ground floor, quite handy for my mom's knee. The staff is really helpful and kind, and the pricing is reasonable.

Lovely climate in Dalat, so happy to have some fresh air from window. Don’t need an aircon, fan is plenty (in off season anyway). Room is nice and clean, bedside table / wardrobe / desk. Towels and water provided daily. We kept extending our stay. 10 min walk away from walking st / markets / lake. Lots of dining options and mart not even 100m away. Staff helpful w calling the shuttle bus we booked ourselves to help organise pick up. We also rented bike from property I think between 120-150k /day.

What a beautiful hotel, perfect location, rooms clean and spacious. Lovely staff, very little English, the reception girl, but my translator fixed that. Always happy and smiling. The manager spoke perfect English. Easy to find, in a small, beautifully kept lane way. The manager arranged a car to pick me up, at a great fee! I highly recommend staying here 👌

Owner was very nice and helpful. Place was very clean. Location is convenient to eating places and shops and within walking distance to the lake. The nice-looking building is located in a cleanly maintained alley but finding it could be a challenge. Adding a couple more signs would help. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Adding a shower curtain would help prevent the whole bathroom from getting wet, and a couple of wall hangers and a soap/shampoo tray near the shower place would help, too.

Wet bathroom floor due to no wall or curtain between shower and commode/wash basin spaces. Lightning needs to be brighter.

Clean, fresh towels and water in the room every day.There is a kettle, refrigerator, toiletries, hairdryer.

They are building a neighboring building, with the window open it is a little noisy in the morning This didn't bother us because the windows were good.We spent the night for three days. On one of the days there was not enough hot water for us in the shower in the evening.

Small room but it has all I need, even an Southwest Asia book with interesting information, and maps of the local attractions. Room was made every day, and I got water bottle every day too. Internet was ok, a bit unstable sometimes.

Fabulous! Exceptional! Why this beautiful hotel has only 1*?? That’s min 3-4star hotel! Fully furnished, all bathroom amenities, cleaning every day, in walking distance from the rush city centre, quiet, very nice personal. Just fabulous! And the bed, oh dear super comfy !!
