The place is really nice: comfortable room provided with a/c, clean bathroom and nice outside space in front of the room covered with trees, sofas and chairs. The position is perfect, really quiet and close to everything we wanted to see in Yogya. The price is definitely correct, these money are really well spent. They don’t provide breakfast but they can recommand for close place where to eat. They also gave us advices about the neighborhood laundry, restaurants and everything we needed for. The best part of our stay was the help Tommy gave us: he suggested and managed for us a one day trip for Borobudur and Prambanan temples and he also managed a 3days trip to Bromo, Ijen and Bali, therefore it was really easy for us to continue our trip really easily without any problems or worries. Tommy was really welcoming, he also helped us ordering a delivery pizza for out last dinner in Yogya and we enjoied having a really long friendly conversation with him about Indonesias culture and way of living… something that does not happens in every hotel or homestay. Also Rudy was of course really kind with us, ready to help us in any case, we really appreciated! In the end, this place is really worth it, we couldn’t ask for a better stay. Thank you from Italy

Nothing bad in here, everything’s just fantastic

A real gem in the heart of Jogja. My second stay here and I can’t wait to come back. Location is close to Kraton, alun alun and Malioboro. Lots of restaurants and market in walking distance. Spacious and gorgeous rooms looking out over a beautiful garden. Breakfast not included but easy to order anything you want by Gojek or Grab app. The staff is supernice and so helpful. They will help you organise everything, from tours to food. Ask for a walking tour with Labina, she will show you all the best places in Jogja. Special shout out to Mas Rudi and Mas Tommy for making our stay extra fun. Makasih gaes dan semoga sampai tahun depan 🙏🏽🤗

We really liked the guest house style of this place. It was a chill space, where you just felt immediately comfortable and our rating of 10 is really about the way we were looked after there and what a comfortable space it was to be. The huge star of the show here is Jimmy - the guy who runs the place. He is simply the best!!! He is an absolute mine of info ( especially for food recos ) and everything he recommends is absolutely spot on. There was also a huge amount of support in so many ways, from allowing us to use the fridge, helping us to book bus tickets when the system would accept our Aussie bank cards and even fixing my phone!! Sometimes, you need a hand when you are travelling and Jimmy and his team were amazing. Then there's the location. It's in a quiet street near the Kraton area, but it's the coolest area. So relaxed and friendly, and once you poke around you will come across heaps of local places to get a bite to eat and drink. 25 mins easy walk to Malioboro St and the local market is just at the end of the street. The fruit and indo snacks there are fantastic!! Go with Jimmy's food recommendations and you can't go wrong :)

we loved staying here. the rooms were clean and comfortable and had nice art on the walls. the staff were what really made our stay. Tommy especially had amazing local food recommendations which did not disappoint and we had some lovely conversations with all the staff there. they went above and beyond when I needed a dentist appointment, and organised a tour to Borobudur for us. we overall felt very much at home here and we’re sad to leave. good location too! thank you!

The owner and its staffs are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Sharing all information needed and even helping in booking any event and further trips etc. The place is super clean. The only exception was the sliding door of the shower room, which keep sliding 😀 but it will be renewed ( the owner already put a plan for October 2023). Highly recommended.

The location is top notch, one of very few hotels / homestays that are in the old palace district which is walled off from the rest of the city. The rooms are nice and the staff and long term guests are incredible. Tommy is an amazing host and can help you navigate the city, one of the most friendly people you will meet. You are also very close to many attractions like the Sultans palace and the water temple.

Oki, Tommy and Rudy are just the best people and made me feel so welcomed and I felt just like home at the stay 🤗 Super helpful with giving assistance and tips on places to explore as well. The location is great! Cheap, delicious food all around and everything you need like a mart, the traditional market and some attractions are within walking distance. The place is away from the traffic. Love the peaceful vibe. My experience was super awesome that I extended my trip for longer! 18 days in total. Omah Konco is highly recommended to everyone and I can't wait to return to this amazing place! Thank you for the lovely experience!! ❤️❤️❤️

Tommy the host is super friendly and helpful, he gave us many tips about places and activities to do. Overall, the property is nice, the garden and the open living area are the places that I liked the most. The room is okay for few nights.

The hostel was close to the water temple, a few restaurants and juice shops. About a 20 min walk to Malioboro (which was a bit underwhelming!). Tommy was helpful in organizing a driver for touring the temples. Nice to have drinking water available onsite vs needing to buy many wasteful water bottles.

There is not soap provided at the sink or shampoo in the shower, be prepared! The bathroom floor mat was terribly dirty, please throw it in the laundry. The room was very dark and would be helpful to have another light in the room.

The hotel is located in a quiet place, close to Kraton and water castle. Clean room with AC. Possible to book tours at the hotel. I am very thankfull to the staff who provided me a bike ride to the bus station and I was on time for the bus.
