The host made us feel so welcome and went to great lengths to ensure our stay was memorable. The venue is beautifully appointed, very tastefully decorated, has outdoor lounge area and swimming pool. The bed is KIng size, is firm and very comfortable The breakfast in the morning is absolutely stunning with local dishes and as much coffee/tea and toast to accompany this. The host even accommodated our early trip to Burubudor with an early cooked breakfast. By far the best venue we have stayed in so far on our 6 week tour of Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam. I would certainly recommend staying here.

It would be very hard to find fault with the venue, my only comment would be that the motorbikes that pass on the street next to the outdoor lounge area can sometimes be very noisy. City living, I guess

We loved our stay at Omah Siliran and wanted to extend for another two nights but sadly there were no vacancies. Ita was absolutely wonderful in helping us to arrange alternative accommodation. We will remember her for her kindness. The amenities were excellent, even including bath sheets and towels. Cleanliness was to a very high standard. Furnishings were very tasteful. We will definitely be more organised and book in advance for our next trip to Yogyakarta and will be staying at Omah Siliran.

The room and the traditional Javanese house pendapa and entrance is peaceful and soothing. I got a room in an annex so it was so calm. There was an abundant hot water to take shower. The staff is so kind. Ms. Itta is very caring. They let me use their fridge. I like the swimming pool as well although it is small.

TV is impossible to operate. I finally had to give up, although three staff came to my room to figure out how to operate it. The staff was cooking something in the kitchen of the dining space where guests hang out. I thought it was for guests, too. But it turned out it was only for the staff. (A staff said to me, later, that I can try if it is just a try. It was nice soup.) Because it is inside the court property closed with fortress, you have to make such a detour to get to this hotel even when coming from very nearby.

Exceptionally kind and helpful hosts, and nice decore and ambiance. Lots of quiet pleasant places to relax. Had the feel of a boutique hotel. Highly recommended.

There are a few, but restaurant options are limited in the neighborhood (but it's not a big problem because there are several great options on Trtodipuran Street a $1-2 USD Grab/taxi ride to the south).

Stay was just for one night. At first the room did not feel very private as the only thing covering the window was a see through white curtain. This was an issue for me as the common area was right in front of the rooms window. The staff quickly fixed this for me. Wifi didn't work in the room but this was also quickly fixed by the friendly staff. One of the reasons I booked this place was for the pool, and it is nice, but the water could have been cleaner. Overall the hotel delivered and the staff are friendly. As a bonus I really appreciated the breakfast that was of local cuisine. Can recommend to business or family travellers.

Lovely areas for sitting around the pool and in the courtyard. Staff very polite and attentive. Helped us arrange transport to Borobudur at a very reasonable price.

On the first day we said that we didn’t need the room cleaning. We’d have liked it doing on the second day and did ask, however it wasn’t done until day 3.

We loved our stay at Omah Siliran Heritage. The staff were so friendly and the room very comfortable. It was lovely to chill around the pool.

It was difficult to get to the many restaurants south of the hotel via walking due to the roads. An additional blind or curtain in the room would be helpful to stop the light in the morning!

It was amazing, the staff was incredible kind, i felt not good one day and the lady texted me asking how i was feeling, very considerate. They also helped with everything we needed. The room was also very nice and clean. It was also pretty quiet for Jogja standards

The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice and relaxed, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

Our only comment is that the people in our linked room were rather loud from very early in the morning onwards, and it was very audible for us. However, this is not necessarily something that the hotel can do anything against.

The place is beautiful! The Joglo is amazing and the room is pretty cosy! If you come to Jogja this place is the best option regarding the price and the location!

The bathroom is a bit small and i stayed next to the kitchen, its pretty loud in the morning specially, the room isnt really sound proof.
