Wow. Hotel is amazing. Those paintings on the walls - takes you into fairy tales! We arrived when was dark and lighting was magical. Hotel is clean and has good size bathroom. Towels and toiletries provided. Staff is very friendly and helpfull with good english language. All the time someone is aviable. You can seat on the roof with a view ,or dry washing as well. It,s very close to the main road with shops. Just turning right and straight. Price is fine for such "pearl". Mandawa is the " must see". Many fantastic havelis to explore. Town is clean,relaxing and safe.We did love our stay in Mandawa and this haveli. Thank you🤩

Beautiful havali boutique hotel, lovely room with large double bed and en-suite. Staff were so welcoming and hospitable. I throughly enjoyed my 4 night stay here. The location is great, the roof top has 360• views across Mandawa. Staff served me breakfast and dinner on the rooftop and I enjoyed watching the sunset and rise from here. The food was great, as was the service. I was allowed to check in early 6 am and check out late 3 pm at no extra cost. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

The hotel itself is just stunning! The staff were friendly and always helpful. If there was any small issue they got in to it straight away. The stuffed paratha I had for breakfast were the best I’ve had anywhere in India! I felt safe and looked after.

Nothing other than the table coverings not being the best as they are not washable. The nose early in the morning as well as too late at night due to wedding or aarti. This is not the fault of the establishment.

An absolutely wonderful stay at this quaint property. Best parts.... 1. Mr pramod, the proprietor of the property is a fantastic host. It is apparent that he likes what he does. He involves himself in all tasks giving a personal touch...be it reception, guest queries, serving, setting up of a musical evening and even acts as chef. Someone who is helpful and ever cheerful. Fantastic interacting with him and his staff. 2. Rooms were clean, water continuous including hot water. 3. The food was absolutely scrumptious. Tried local dishes liked papad curry, sev tomato curry, ker sangri and a vegetable made of daal. Everything was tasty, served hot and the portion sizes were also good. 4. The property has a self contained parking that can accomodate about 7-8 large cars/SUVs. 5. Pramod also arranges a local guide for touring the havelis on request ...in our case mr Sahil who is also a singer. 6. Pramod organised an impromptu musical evening with karaoke that was entertaining to all guests. Several guests also participated in the karaoke singing. Once again it was a wonderful 2 evenings at the hotel. And much credit goes to pramod for the wonderful hospitality.

The manager and all staff were very friendly, respectful and hospitable. Always checking to make sure everything was okay. The manager arranged a car/ driver to take us to other towns - secured at a competitive price. Breakfast included was plentiful and good quality, chai was great- worth taking breakfast here because not alot of other options in town. Other meals were good and prices on par with other hotels in town (no restaurants outside hotels). Good quiet location- easy to walk to havelis. Nicely decorated and cared for- staff always cleaning. Winter visit and we had plenty of blankets and very hot showers. Double delux room.

The haveli has amazing paintings. The standard room was very cosy. Had air conditioning and ceiling fan. Our room had a nice balcony with a swing, which we enjoyed very much. Staff was very kind, welcoming, always smiling. Would do anything to make you feel at home. Dinner and breakfast was super tasty and very affordable. Good variation in the food menu. Rooms and bathroom was very clean.

You could hear the noise from outside in the room (probably because is such an old heritage building) The water pressure was not the best. You need patience to take a shower properly. The towels had a bit of an awkard smell, could be from drying outside (and all the smells in the air). Last but not least, a bigger toilet paper roll would be welcome for foreign guests. The small one provided was not enough for one night stay

Beautiful hotel location in a quiet part of the town, very close to havelis.The hotel (outside and inside) is an haveli itself, with painting and decoration on each piece of wall, the room was amazingly colourful ( spotless and comfortable).We had dinner and breakfast in the patio that were very tasty. In the evening, one of the guests started playing drums and the manager of the hotel joined him with a keyboard and sang and it was very enjoyable and entertaining (like a music session in an Irish pub). Amazing experience. Also it is extremely good value. Do not hesitate to book

Value for money, very friendly staff, boutique place with lots and lots of paintings all over, make this a great place to stay. The efforts to keep the place clean are evident.

One could hope for a little better care with the facilities: for instance, one towel had patches of blue colour on it, perhaps the colour of some clothes had run and stained the towel. This in itself is not too bad, but does leave a question in your mind. There was water accumulation in the bath after the shower, which could make the floor slippery. Small things like this could have unforeseen impact. But, overall, a good stay, especially with the deal I got through Booking.com

It was amazing!!! The location is perfect to enjoy in the best way mandawa and its haveli... the hotel is the most iconic hotel I ve ever been...the food was great..I had there a special dinner and an amazing breakfast...the thing that make special this place is the owner he was great..he sugested me a lot of thiings to visit and do in the town and also I m so greatfull to him because I left in is hotel a luggage and than I moved in Bikaner and I called me and he found a way to send me the luggage the next day...and this make so great this man!!! Because I never meet in a hotel ssomebody that was helping me with timhis problem...so defenitly I really reccomend this structure
