Hotel is exactly opposite double Chokhani haveli. The ambience is very good. Very nice experience to stay in such an old haveli. The facilities are top notch. Heater and air conditioner is provided. Hot water is available 24hrs. Electric Kettle is provided in rooms. We also had a private balcony to sit and have tea. Food is good. At night they arrange folk singing and bon fire. When we visited, apart from us, there was a group of foreigners. All the havelis are at walkable distance. If requested, hotel also arranges guide for Heritage Haveli tour. It is worth visiting. They also have swimming pool. They also serve snacks by the pool side.

During the day, there was electricity outage for an hour. A couple of lamps were working on generator. But heater, charging points and washroom lights were not connected to generator. However, at night there was no outage.

. Location is good. Restaurant food was good. Room is good.

Had to get the toilets clean after checking in. One room the geyser was not working. Had to shift my old mother to another room. Their front desk person taukeef was not very helpful. American express card is not accepted by them but they do not accept that. They blame you. People were using the pool as local pond. They were bathing there but staff was cool about it.

The Palace is a tipical haveli, very well looked after, silent and located in a good position to visit the splendid Mandawa and it has wonderfull big rooms and a inner hall where you can spend nice moments if you travel in group. You can also have a good dinner and breakfast here, as we did, on the rooftop. All the staf is very friendly and easy to communicate with. In particular, Ankit took care of us, making sure that everything was to our satisfaction, as it actually was! Totally recommended to visit the city and to try the experience of staying in a haveli!

bathroom need brighter lighting.. wud have liked a little larger bathroom with more space. also some grab rails in the bathroom for elderly people near the toilet and the shower. the stars to the first floor need some railings for old people to hold.

Nice beautiful havelly. Wonderful comfortable room with necessary amenities. Nicely arranged room.

The frequent power cuts were really troublesome. Had call the staff around 3am since the AC machine stopped working after a power cut. It was hot in the room without AC going this time of the year. Can not find the staff unless call this time in the night.

We had a blast at this lovely Haveli. The price quality was outstanding. We went for Haveli tour with a staff member, Ankit, he was very sweet and helpful and not pushy. In the evening he arranged a bonfire and some local live music. The suite was amazing, so much space, best room in India so far!

The only thing is the bed... super hard matrass on top op a plank. For me it was fine but for my mom painful.

Charming extensive decorated haveli with romantic room and new comfortable bathroom. The staff is great and the food in the top-floor restaurant and service there have been above expectations! Pool is excellent. The price is very acceptable. Thank you sooo much.

Most beautiful hotel in India so far for me. I felt like in fairytale and I was a prince 🙂. Value/money ratio is excellent. I recommend to take a guide for haveli (beautiful houses of rich merchants), because in these houses there are no info or guide to tell you about that. Ask at the hotel for Ankit, he was our guide and we spent very pleasant morning with him.

Beautifully decorated and maintained hotel. The room we were given was spacious with ornate, comfortable furniture and large modern bathroom, which included a bathtub (rarely found in India). Warm bedding and heater provided. Excellent, generous Indian breakfast which we took outside in the rooftop restaurant. Very helpful, friendly atmosphere. Good location. The whole town is a tourist attraction and the hotel is set right in it. We loved this place.

Very beautiful place - the courtyard is absolutely stunning! Rooms were comfortable and clean, so was the linen. Staff was polite and good. There’s a swimming pool as well which was clean and looked good. They arrange a guide also on request.

The only negative was the lack of natural light in the room, but I think this is an issue with these old havelis.
