Right on the Camino. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very nice and organized to keep each rooms things separated in boxes both I in the refrigerator and cupboards.

It was a little hard to find. It would be good to put a sign on the outside of the door. A man on the street helped us find it when he saw us going back and forth.

This place was spotlessly clean with a lovely walk in shower. The check in was good and there was a kitchen with a coffee machine if you wanted to make your own. The bed was comfy, nice white fluffy towels. Air con that worked! and a TV with international channels.

I couldn't fault anything. I guess the only negative is that it's on the top floor and no lift. That wouldn't put me off staying there again.

It would be helpful to have a few more hooks to hang towels in the bathroom and few more clothes hangers in the wardrobe.

Everything!! It was clean, spacious, good communication and friendly staff - free laundry facilities, great, well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, quiet location …. All excellent, thank you so much! xx

Only minor thing was lack of sockets for charging phones, etc - but so insignificant to everything else being 100% perfect!

It is my 3rd stay there. friendly staff. soft bed linen. comfortable bed. we were allowed to change rooms to another building that had a lift. they change towels frequently because they stay humid in winter. the new room was spacious and it was easy to organize our luggage. it is great to have complementary coffee and tea in the kitchen, even better when it is raining outside. maybe adding a vending machine to the place would be a good idea. there are cafés, supermarkets and a pharmacy at walking distance.

the hair drier is not good and hair gets sucked into it if not careful. there is the possibility to wash clothes but not to use the drier, which may be important in winter. it would also be nice to be able to iron something. the room was great but it was near the kitchen and we would wake up when there were people. it would be nice to have triple plugs available since there are not enough plugs for all the chargers.

Very convenient for walking the Portugal Central Camino. The facility is experienced in serving pilgrims.

I believe the description said there was a washing machine in every room, when in fact, we had to go to the rooftop to access a washer and dryer. Nonetheless, we appreciated having access to these services. Personal lighting is necessary for safe access to the rooftop after dark.

Great location in city center. Many cafes and dining options within 2-3 minutes walking distance.

No elevator. Carried a large suitcase up the stairs to the third floor.

Very welcoming staff at reception, kindly allowing us to check in early. Very well equipped kitchen - it even had a dishwasher! Perfect central location right on the Caminho.

Good location, clean and access to the kitchen to have dinner and access to microwave and other utensils are available.

The only thing is two seperate single beds. For a couple it's always better to have one bed for two persons. Otherwise it's the best hotel to stay.

Very comfortable room with good shared kitchen. Close to restaurants, shops etc and just off the Camino.

Quite a lot of stairs to the door for weary legs, and no lift.
