The staff at the reception, very helpful, always willing to assist with any query you have. We appreciate also the courtesy of the cleaning staff who asked our guidance on when we wanted our room to be cleaned. Very hygienic place!! We enjoyed the breakfast, travelling is an opportunity to experience various food, we do not expect it to be the same as at home. It was delicious Indian food. The location challenge was resolved with the helpful staff who assisted us with arranging money exchange and transport to locations we wanted to visit. For a 2 star hotel you truly exceeded our expectations.

Just an idea of imprrovement would be to make international credit cards acceptable payment methods in your facility. But we loved the option of just reserving the room on line and paying as we arrived. And respect that all.monetary exchanges were exactly as booking com.informed us.

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe residential street not too far from places like Novotel HICC, IIIT Hyderabad. Getting from Airport to the hotel by taxi was not difficult. Early morning check-in process was smooth. The room was sufficiently large and clean with necessary amenities. The breakfast options were pretty good and had room delivery service. For traveling with in the city, I could easily get an Uber. The staffs were courteous, friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay. I would not mind to stay there again.

Nothing as such. One thing that can be improved is the possibility to make payments via international credit card. Having said that, this was not a major issue as the staffs at the reception were quite flexible and gave ample time for cash payment.

Had a wonderful stay at Oak Business Hotel, Hyderabad. They were very accommodating with my early check-in request, which made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious, with decent variety of options to choose from. The staff was courteous and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant experience in Hyderabad!

The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming The breakfast is interesting with a range of different recipes. The bed was super comfortable.

Just as a suggestion for future improvement, a better coffee machine that also provides espresso and more variety of bread in the breakfast would be nice. This is especially important for international guests :-)

The rooms were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and food in general was outstanding! The reception staff we're always available to assist with all our enquiries.

We had a room on the 6th floor and the kitchen was on the 7th floor so the noise from the kitchen was a little disturbing. Also the dining area upstairs was very small so we took most of our meals in our room. But we managed and had a great stay

I recently stayed at the Oak Business Hotel in Hyderabad. I found the room to be very comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The food was very good, but I think the North Indian cuisine could have been better. There were naming issues in the menu, example: roti and chapati are same thing

I was at the property for two days. First thing to note is the cleanliness of the space and the service from the staff. The hotel rooms and common areas were well kept. The staff were always ready to provide cleaning services as well. The complimentary breakfast we had with the booking was also excellent. The food was very good and there were a lot of options for the same.

Awesome rooms at this price range. Every amenities one can expect from a three star hotel. Cleanliness was top class.

The location is a bit away from the heart of the city. They should definitely work on their breakfast menu which is kind of repetitive.
