From the moment we arrived till the moment we check out, we were treated with such respect. All the staffs were so kind and helpful. The room has so much space and it is so clean, it made our family feel so comfortable hanging out together. The vibe and the decor brought us back to the good old days. It eeally made us feel like royalty there. It was such great stay for us that no one wanted to leave. Will definitely come back again.

The breakfast buffet options were a little limited. If more was offered would had been so perfect. Either there is not much sound proof between rooms, or our next door guests were just having too much fun. The manager helped us get a different room so we could have a better night sleep, which we were really grateful!

Room was very spacious and had stunning views. It was very convenient to have a restaurant at the hotel. The massaman curry was outstanding.

A little bit hard to navigate around the area when you don’t have a car but reception helped us with ordering taxis and there was a bus station nearby when taxis were unavailable. You have to walk on the side of a busy road to get there so be careful if you have children.

This was a great value hotel to use as a base to see Phang Nga national park. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They were able to organise private tours of the park that were also very enjoyable and affordable. The room was spacious, clean and had an excellent shower. At the end of my stay, the staff offered to arrange for the public minivan service to pick me up from the hotel, enroute to Krabi, where I was heading next. Despite being a solo traveller, I received personal care and attention from the very professional staff, who were also extremely busy with a large group of tourists also staying at the hotel at the time. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit the national park.

Breakfast was the typical, Thai-style buffet. It was not exceptional but it was fine. The building itself is very new. Wifi, hot water—everything works very well. Once the swimming pool is complete, it will be a very pleasant place to stay,.

The location is not ideal. Phang Nga is not a big town by any means, but you cannot walk anywhere from the hotel safely.

Great value, great room, restaurant food and service excellent, again, a great value overall.

All good, just know you would need a vehicle if you want to see what is around. In the US, would be described as a 'motor lodge'. Really nice for us, en route to Phuket.

Lovely interior and friendly staff

No swimming pool, poorly tended exterior and the prawn salad only had 4 tiny prawns….. The hotel is surrounded by prawn farms!!!!! Why such a poor example of a salad?

The rooms are very well appointed, spacious and clean. There was no noise disturbance. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was included with several food options. Well located for visiting Phang Nga Bay and other beauty spots. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Big spacious rooms. Great base while exploring Phong Nga. Hotel was clean and staff were welcoming. We recommend this hotel. Will be even better when the pool is complete :)

Impressive lobby ,clean and spacious room, good choice at breakfast, plenty of parking and central location.

No swimming pool! Initially we had some room problems, but they were dealt with efficiently.
