Sametnangshe Boutique offered a peaceful setting that allowed us to truly unwind. Our bungalow was not only comfortable but also boasted a stunning, picturesque view that made every moment feel special. The room was thoughtfully equipped with an abundance of amenities, and we were delighted by the complimentary snacks provided. What truly made our stay memorable, was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Every team member was incredibly sweet and welcoming, adding an extra layer of hospitality that made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a serene and charming getaway! 😍

First visit. Beautiful area. Staff very efficient and helpful and warm. Wood hut/room-different and really nice. Incredible views. It is set as a luxury resort so expect to pay top rate for drinks etc food was nice, there was some work being undertaken whilst our visit so some work noise, drilling etc but wasn’t constant.

Very expensive wine/Prosecco. Did ask for advice on visiting local market, village but staff were not overly helpful-maybe did not understand. For a taxi somewhere but it wasn’t work visiting. Be great for the hotel to have a little file of local places people could view, think about visiting-giving ideas and information about the local area.

The place is magic, the staff is very helpful and friendly. We loved that you have from where to see the sunrise over Phang Nga Bay and you have the same view actually all the time. We stayed 2 nights to relax at the pool, view the sunrise and take a boat tour. The pool can get quickly crowded as the place is small, however it is amazing! Excellent food choices and breakfast. Very comfortable bed. To arrive there they offer transport and you pay at the reception cash or card, as well other tour activities. 1 free mocktail and ice cream.

The bathroom really needs to be renovated (Deluxe suits at least), the shower was broken and for this value it was disappointing. English language to be improved by staff. :) Some extra information about the boat tour would have helped: you can't snkorkel or swim at the water is very polluted; you pay for the tour but it does not include extra activities during the tour and you can pay only cash; the guide is a local person on the boat and did not speak English neither.

Wonderful experience at Samet Nangsh with great hospitality from Kis My visit to Samet Nangshe was truly breathtaking. The view over the bay, with the limestone islands rising from the water, is something you will never forget. Especially at sunrise, the magical view is absolutely worth getting up early for. What made this experience extra special was Kis's wonderful hospitality. From the first moment she made us feel welcome and comfortable. She was warm, friendly and always ready to help, whether it was giving tips about the area or arranging little things that made our stay more enjoyable. You notice that she does this with heart and soul. Thanks to Kis, our visit felt not only like a beautiful trip, but like a home away from home. I would recommend this place and its hospitality to anyone looking for a unique and warm experience in Thailand.

The staff were super nice and beautiful people from the inside and out. The room was gorgeous and loved every second spending time in it. I love that the hotel is so secluded. It even felt like we were the only ones at that resort sometimes. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time! It was so great. The views are so gorgeous. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious. I will miss little milo (the kitten) that wanders around. He is so precious! The tours from the hotel is so amazing too. You must do the tours and venture the islands!

There is not much to say negatively, but it would of been nice if they offered massages. I asked about it to the staff, and they said that they are actually expanding the hotel in the near future and adding a massage area. I think for the meantime, they should add 'in-room' massages. That would of made it even better, though it was great just as it is.

I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel, with a breathtaking view of Phang Nga Bay that truly took my breath away. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly special. They were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, which set the tone for a wonderfully relaxing stay. The numerous complimentary perks were a lovely touch and made me feel thoroughly pampered. The room was comfortable, and I especially enjoyed spending time at the pool while watching the sunrise. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the stunning views and incredible service. I will certainly suggest it to my family when they visit!

There are two areas with room for improvement in my opinion. The taxis arranged by the hotel to and from the property were expensive. It would have been great if the hotel could offer a shuttle service at least once or twice a day, especially to Phuket, so guests could share rides. Unfortunately, the meal I had for dinner was bland and didn’t meet expectations. From other reviews, it seems the restaurant has room for improvement in terms of food quality. Despite this, the staff took the time to listen to my feedback during the end-of-stay survey and made a thoughtful gesture, which was much appreciated.

The location and view is well worth it. Waking up to the islands and enjoying the early morning views is definitely an unbeatable experience. The room we got (Villa with Sea View) was also really clean and well maintained. This is definitely a place for a shorter stay (2-3 nights). Staffs were also very helpful and attend to your needs. There was a storm during our stay and the staff brought room service directly to our room in the rain!

The biggest flaw was the food. I would say the hotel dining experience was not the best. The pastries (waffles, pancakes,crossaints etc) seems to be microwaved and there seemed to be a lack of fresh food (most felt frozen and then reheated). However there are a few dishes that were not bad such as the fried rice and stir fried noodles.

We spent our last 2 nights here after having a great time in Thailand. It’s the perfect stay for relaxing and calming down. We had the Villa with the jaquzzi and could enjoy the most beautiful view. Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. After our check out, we had to stay there for a few hours because the flight was in the evening. The staff organized us the possibility to take a shower before the flight in one of their rooms. We highly recommend Sametnangshe Boutique. It’s the perfect place for a short stay between the beautiful nature in Phang nga.

Booked this place for the view. I am a inique boutique hotel lover so this place was made for me🤩 the views are stunning and the staff is just so nice and helpful. The sunrise is definitely a highligt of the entire stay. Tip: If you dont want to spend so much money for the villas or rooms with the view, their standard rooms are just so cozy and if your priority is not watching the sunrise from the bed go for it. The hotel provides plenty of view point which are far better than any room view with a tub😉

The furniture really deserves a change or a face lift. Boutique hotels are about detials and thisnplace really needs more love and care.

We had a truly memorable stay! The service was outstanding from start to finish, with a team always attentive to our comfort and needs. The cuisine was both refined and delicious, offering a wonderful culinary experience every day. And the view over Phang Nga Bay was simply breathtaking, the kind that makes you stop and just take it all in. A heartfelt thank you to Few, Dean, Mitt, Vee, Look Yee, Fatima, Martin, Nina, and all the other kind staff members whose names we sadly didn’t catch, but whose warmth and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, a true gem for anyone seeking relaxation, beauty, and top-level hospitality.
