We had a lovely apartment perfect for my family. Spacious clean and just what we needed. Excellent value for money. The staff are really warm and friendly and go out of their way to make sure everything is ok. My kids became friends with all the staff and were really loved.

They lose 2 points and get an 8 instead of a 10 because of breakfast. I’m a Muslim and I couldn’t eat anything other than pancakes and fruit. There’s pork everywhere and no separate egg stations for people who don’t eat pork. They use the same hands with the same gloves to pick up the pork so it’s impossible. My only complaint is as a Marriott hotel you should cater for all your guests. Phuket has ALOT of Muslims so halaal is not a foreign thing to them. I paid a lot for 7 of us 7 nights of breakfast and it was a waste of money for me.

Amazing location and privacy. It’s a nice place to relax and enjoy. The nearby beach of the JW Marriott. Nice activity within the Hotel. We are pleased with welcoming and surprise for our Anniversary. Our suite with the pool is stunning. Staffs were amazing and keen to help all the time.

The room was well equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful, you feel that they are one of your family. The room was big and clean. I didn't use any insect repellent. The Spa in the other jw marriot location was very good. Kids club offer switch devices. They have a lot of activities.

I wish they add espresso machine. Kids club was a pit small. The cleanness of billiards and baby-foot and the kids club. The smell of the reception is a pit annoying. I wish they offer more types of massages.

Great resort with very friendly and helpful staff. It is perfect for families with kids. The new playroom is amazing and fantastic for kids of a range of ages. Very good pool, pool bar, kids pool area and mini golf course!

The walk to the beach takes about 10-15 minutes but is ok. There is also a buggy service if you need to be collected from the beach path, which is very useful. It is not very clear what you are allowed/not allowed to use at the sister resort nearby.

How wonderful to enjoy the beauties of Phuket from the most comfortable and stylish base of your own private appartment. We enjoyed the autonomy that having our own kitchen afforded. The facilities were perfect, the appartment very spacious and furnished with everything we needed to cook and eat by ourselves. It was lovely to mix and match with the delicous restaurants offer on site and nearby. The little Turtle Village close by was very convenient to provide whatever supplies we needed.

There is nothing we could have wanted differently. The service was exceptional, the staff extremely kind, attentive and efficient. The housekeeping in particular was superb, and our flat kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. We enjoyed the pleasant walk to the beach through the beautiful neighbouring resorts and the calm and simplicity of atmosphere "at home". Just the peaceful stay we were after.

Very spacious rooms with a lot of amenities provided including washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen! Loved that there were various complimentary activities for different ages like free bicycle rental, entertainment room and kid's club! The staff were so warm and approachable and gave great recommendations for shopping and Halal food. Walking distance from 24hr convenience store, cafes and the beautifully serene Mai Khao beach. Only about half an hour away from the airport and a great area if you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city!

A little too far from shopping areas (about an hour drive depending on traffic) so we spent a lot on transportation. Dental kits, slippers and bathrobes were also not readily available until we requested, despite being indicated as "provided" during our booking.

My husband and I stayed in Marriott with our two kids 28 days in Marriott. The apartment was fantastic , big and spacious. The hotel is very clean and staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We didnt’t want to leave because of the people who work there . They made us feel like a family . Miny, George , Den , Nuey , Apple, L, Lucky , Gorry , Issy and many more. There were all amazing . The entertaining for kids is great , always fresh fruit at the pool and nice col water . Thank You Marriott - we really had the best time and we will be back soon again !

Very nice hotel, good breakfast. Fantastic room with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, spacious living room area. Nice swimming pool. Golf cart shuttle to the beach. Clean beach. ( no chairs on the beach ) Good hotel for people who want quietness. Short walk to some shops and restaurants. NO LOUD TOURISTS. Near the airport.

Not next to the beach, so no chairs to sit on. Small shopping street, if you want more entertainment, the hotel is a bit far from other possibilities. Chairs can be rented from local stalls.

The hotel is unique and near to turtle village which made our stay amazing. We have booked two bedroom and the apartment was big enough to accommodate and there were washing machine and clothes dryer and the activities in the hotel were literally enjoyable and the kids enjoys mini chef sushi and movie under star. They took care of our kids while we relaxed with billiard and cycling. The employees smile and the service is great. The hotel is near turtle village where they’re 7-11 and near Thai Restaurants. We enjoyed and the kids didn’t want to leave even though we were 4 nights but it was not enough. Thank you very much for the best experience.
