The property is stunning, We booked a 3 bedroom villa with a private pool and that completely exceeded all our expectations. This was the fag end of a long thailand trip and hence we wanted a villa to all stay together and relax together. And that the villa exceeded all our expectations - is an understatement. The living areas, the bedrooms, the outdoors were all stunning and we cant compliment it enough. The property does not offer much other but it does not require for it too, as one would not want to leave their own villa for long. Its connected to a nice quiet beach which we used to go for long walks on. The staff is also very helpful and kind. The Breakfast could also do with some better Variety

We had a very sorry experience with the food. As we are pure vegetarians and we repeatedly requested for the same - we were still served with bolognaise spaghetti as well as prawns in our thai curry. This was absolutely shocking and really did not help with kids as well as my parents. We could not order Thai Food anymore as some of them were just scarred. The head chef did his best to meet our requests with Indian Food but the damage had been done. That was really the only sore thumb in an otherwise fantastic property. Unfortunately the area being quite secluded - there are not any food order in options as well. So thats something the resort needs to look at - improve the quality of your kitchen staff and variety.

the only thing was there was rats walking around even though I know it's on the beach and around forests.. but maby putting traps around the facility would be better.

The beach was natural and beautiful, the beach villa accommodation was vast with an idyllic view of the sea. And its own large private pool and jacuzzi.

It looked tired with much overdue maintenance including doors in the villa that didn’t fully close leaving gaps for mozzies and the ability to open a ‘locked’ garden door.

Beachfront property located 20 minutes from Phuket Airport on Maikhao Beach. Easy transfer just get a taxi at the airport. Quiet area of Phuket, you will pretty much have the beach to yourself. Beautiful beach with clear water, no one selling you things. We stayed in a one bedroom villa, which was huge with a living room, dining room, and our own jacuzzi and pool. Very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Water bottles, coffee, and tea are complimentary. Mini bar in the room not complimentary. Safety deposit box, iron, large closet available. Plugs found at many different places thru the villa. The food was ok, no dishes stood out. Breakfast included. Room service until 9:30pm. Loved the location for relaxation but far away from the shopping and Patong. It takes an hour to get to Phiket market and Patong, taxi runs around 1,000 Bath so consider when booking. The service was great, starting from Nong and Russ at the front desk to waiters like Rum, Nichole, Winder, Anthony, and Panda. The spa services are a must try. We had 2 massages running around 3,000 Bhat each for 90 minutes. It was money well spent at the spa, especially after a long flight. Thank you to all the amazing staff.

Restaurant food for lunch and dinner was just ok. Pizza was tasteless, caesars salad was missing the cheese, and had stale croutons. Ordered all types of different food, and nothing stood out. The breakfast buffet and BBQ night were the best.

The grounds are beautiful. The beachfront pool villa is fantastic. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The beach is very quiet and clean. Great location for a couple of days before flying since it’s near the airport. Wish we had stayed one more night.

The food menu is limited and since it’s secluded, there aren’t many options around. Some of the doors in the villa were not working properly, and for the cost, it should be maintained better.

We stayed in April and there were very few people at the resort which made it very nice a private. We got a great deal on the prices. Their normal prices during peak season seem VERY high and I don’t think it would be worth it. The staff is AMAZING! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the food is good. The 1 bedroom suite is HUGE!! Private pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor area is amazing.

I think the prices are a little high for being so far north. They could have little updates in quality for the prices. The breakfast buffet is in one area and attracts many flies. They don’t really do anything about it and it makes it very nasty. Get their early to not worry about it. The beach is not the best to swim compared to the rest of the island but the walking is great.

The location is very peaceful loved the villas so spacious and luxurious we stated at the 2 bedroom. Beachfront villa .absolutely fantastic. The staff is very nice. But definitely service and the chk inn counter can be more warm .overall amazing.

The breakfast . It's unlike a resort breakfast very basic and limited breakfast it can be much better .and fresh .

The villas were spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Bed was perfect, not too soft and not hard. Staff lovely, helpful. Beach clean and quiet. We wanted quiet, we did not want to be anywhere near crowded places, and Mai Khao Beach is exactly this.

Located on a beautiful empty beach. Rooms are very large and very nice. Location is some way from the tourist areas so having a car is handy. Perfect for quiet holiday away from it all
