I liked how clean everything was. The young lady working in the office was also extremely kind and helpful. The free bicycles make travel to nearby locations much more convenient! Air conditioning is also very effective and I had no issues with noise during my stay.

Drain in shower may have been slightly plugged as water took a while to drain. There is a paid washing machine but no dryer unfortunately. Gym lacks free weights and is 50% filled with bicycles.

It was close to the beach and the airport. The staff were so caring and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and it’s was so reassuring to know they were there to help out with things.

It's rare that I write a comment on any reviews but I really loved this place and the lady that was working there was the sweetest lady I have had the pleasure to meet.

The pool is fantastic - you could stay there all day! The beach is also a short walk (5 mins), and you'll find a good restaurant at the end of the road to the beach as well. The room was very comfortable. It was the best shower I had in my 2.5 weeks in Thailand! And the kitchenette (sink, dishes, medium sized fridge) was a nice surprise. Beware that there really isn't much in the area - a handful of restaurants you can walk to by the beach and a 7-11 in the other direction. Other than that, you're pretty secluded. I was only there for 2 nights, so it was fine. But for a longer stay, I might have gotten stir crazy or needed to rent a motorbike.

As a solo traveler, I would have appreciated a chain lock on the door for extra security.

The outdoor pool was nice Rooms were spacious and clean Great relationships with other local businesses which meant we were able to connect and be looked after for both scooter hire and restaurants. Reception lady and the older gentlemen were both knowledgeable and provided great assistance always going out of their way to assist and make our stay comfortable.

It would be nice if rooms could get towels every day instead of every second day, other than this minor feedback we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

A great stopover before flying back to the UK from Phuket. We hired a bike through the hotel and really eeked out our last 24 hours in Thailand. A great beach is walkable, as are shops and nice places to eat. Not far (and tuk tuks available) from the plane viewing point. The hotel organised us a taxi to the airport and loaned us clean towels for a shower after we'd checked out of our room. Lovely staff. Big room with okay bed and AC. Swimming pool is lovely.

The bed was a bit hard...a topper would help, and AC a bit noisy, but only minor gripes.

We stayed here for the close location to SoiDog while we volunteered - highly recommend this accomodation for anyone else volunteering at SoiDog. The concierge was very helpful and spoke excellent English, giving us bicycles to use for our commute each day, making it an easy 5 minute ride each way along quiet rural roads. She was a hero, very thoughtful and considerate of our needs! The room was spacious, bright and clean and the pool was a lovely way to recharge after a day of dog walking in the heat. Although close to the beach, the waves at the beach weren't appropriate for swimming so we were very glad to have the pool. The restaurant down the road at the beachside was good with lots of options, and 7/11 was also close by. The small kitchenette in the room allowed us to prepare breakfasts and there was a microwave and laundry facilities to use downstairs. We will be staying here again next time we visit SoiDog!

The location was great, close to the beach on one end of the street and food at the other end. The salt pool was beautiful and peaceful early in the morning. There is a microwave on site behind the pool in the hut that also has a washing machine and hotplate. Lady that greeted us was super helpful and all smiles. I would totally recommend this place.

Not hotel fault, but the road really needs a foot path for pedestrian traffic, but this seems to be a norm in Thailand. Just make sure you bring/buy a flashing light or some reflective clothing for late night walking to be safe.

The location is great if you're looking for a place to stay near the airport. We had been traveling throughout Thailand for 7 weeks and wanted a couple of days to repack, do some laundry and just chill. It was perfect for that. There is a washing machine on the property we were able to use which was awesome! Also, the staff is SO helpful!

The gym only has machines, no free weights, which is totally fine but I went in the morning and it was already too hot to use it. Needs AC! There was no hairdryer in the room which I may have missed in the hotel listing but it is important to note for those that need one.
