I had a truly relaxing stay at this beautiful and tranquil hotel. The spacious, apartment-style room with a balcony, kitchenette, and living area made it feel like a home away from home. I especially loved the luxurious bathroom with dual sinks, a deep bathtub with salts, and a separate shower. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The Indian/Thai restaurant on site was exceptional—hands down the best Thai meal I’ve had in Phuket. The location in Mai Khao is ideal—just a short walk to the local village and a long, peaceful stretch of beach with a boardwalk leading to nearby resorts, beachside restaurants, and massage spots.

The only downside to my stay was that the main pool closest to the beach was under construction and unavailable for use, which was a bit disappointing. However, the overall experience, beautiful surroundings, and excellent service more than made up for it.

Beautiful and luxurious resort with thoughtful design, spacious grounds, and top-notch amenities. The location is stunning — peaceful, with a quiet beach that never feels crowded. The resort area is huge and beautifully laid out, perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. Staff are very friendly and attentive, and I really appreciated the free yoga and fitness classes offered during the stay.

that the main pool, a key highlight of the resort, was closed for renovation — and we were only informed after making a non-refundable booking. Also worth noting: the rooms are located quite far from the beach, but a buggy is available on request and arrives quickly.

Hotel setting and surroundings are beautiful and the design/layout is very relaxing. The villa's are very well equipped and an oasis of calm if you just want to relax in your room. Staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. Genuinely looking to improve your stay. We had an issue one morning caused by the hotel but the manager found us later on and apologised and sorted everything out, including some complimentary items - he completely defused the issue. The retention rates for staff is very high at the hotel and it's clear the staff enjoy working there. Food was really very good. Three varied restaurants with very good food. The Treehouse (Japanese) was excellent, but book in advance. The hotel may seem pricey at the outset but it's worth it. There is a reason why there are virtually no bad reviews.

It was disappointing that the Tennis courts were unavailable due to refurbishment but we used the Marriott's court which was next to the hotel. The hotel could do with some extra facilities for children, table tennis, table football - that kind of thing.

The atmosphere was perfect

There is no food variety you have 3 options in the main restaurant area. Western dishes are not in the menu, but they serve burgers and pizza. However, this needs improvement. The sea food restaurant is not up to the mark at all and was a waste of money. Mosquitos are everywhere despite spraying every now and then, still we got bites. I understand the situation, but they should look up for some solutions to improve the situation.

The lady who took us to the villa was in a hurry. She didn't explain anything. Very superficially.

the resort is very tranquil and the villa we stayed is really outstanding. Bed is super comfortable, room cleanliness by the housekeeping is outstanding.

the choice of food for breakfast is ok, as we are a Muslim couple, we feel there is too many pork base product for breakfast that we can’t have. But we survived.
