Fantastic location with great ocean front pool, the breakfast was superb. Service overall was very good.

Rooms are really old....very dated the section we were in as are some of the other areas around the hotel i.e. siam deli and the games areas.... kids club charges extortionate prices for pretty basic activities. Very limited kids menu for food and inconsistent....i.e. one restaurant has some items while others don't I found this very strange. Hotel in general is not cheap.

I absolutely loved everything about this stay at the JW. Especially the birthday decorations really made me surprised! Unbelievably helpful staff who were so generous with every request. I so want to go back soon.

Would have been great if breakfast was included in that price.

We stayed at JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa as part of a long journey during which we visited 12 different hotels — and without a doubt, this one was the best! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for and relaxed. The atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail were outstanding. She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable — helping us with every question, arranging several wonderful surprises, including a lovely one for my birthday. Tatyana is truly amazing and brings even more warmth and excellence to this already wonderful resort. Our group unanimously agrees that JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa stands out above the rest. Hotel is amazing, all the facilities are very good, huge pool and very comfortable pool beds. Amazing staff around the hotel to always help you find your way since its very easy to get lost. Breakfast was out of this world, with all sorts of freshly squeezed juices on the spot, all varieties of thai indian and western options. And of course their famous french toast, yummy. Area is good, secluded from city center and quiet. There are few restaurants on the beach with amazing thai food and less pricey. Rooms are a bit outdated but the bed is really comfortable, was able to sleep a good 8-9hr per night. Cozy atmosphere around the hotel especially in the garden area where we were surrounded by jungle and sounds of birds. Housekeeping was always making sure that our room is clean and well restocked. There is a shuttle bus that runs every 15min to turtle village with small shops and 7/11. Also not to forget the place for massage on the beach which was great and cheap.

Its easy to get lost around the area of hotel and floors, maybe to put more signs of direction to lobby.

Everything! The location was secluded so less hectic than Patong beach. The facilities well kept and clean. I’m most impressed with how out dietary requirements were met as I’m gluten intolerant and my cousin is vegan. All the restaurants within the resort were happy to create us whatever we requested. The rooms are roomy and the bed/pillows extremely comfortable.

The resort is beautifully nestled along the peaceful Mai Khao Beach, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a perfect and relaxing getaway. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated with attention to every detail. What truly stood out was the outstanding service – every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay exceptional. The restaurants on-site are also mostly top-notch and offer a great variety of cuisine. We particularly liked Ginja - the Thai Restaurant. The Gym and offered activities are top. We tried out a circuit training and two other group trainings which were absolutely fine. The pool areas and spa are absolutely serene – ideal for relaxing and recharging. The entire experience felt curated, personal, and truly luxurious without being pretentious.

Absolutely nothing to mention. It's just very quiet past 10h30 pm. So more suitable for people looking for tranquillity rather than a bustling night life.

Property is very clean, beautiful and the sea view is just gorgeous. Staff is very courteous, rooms are spacious and the services like spa, gym, breakfast, restaurants, room service is impeccable. Buggy rides available for when you don’t wish to walk, resort also helps to book private car or taxi. Many many restaurants to try from - even has a Thai cooking class, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Lovely walks around the property & along the beach, sunrise & sunset views. They also have a fire dance performance by the reflection pool - which was amazing. If you’re looking to experience luxury - this pretty much checks all boxes.

Our family had an amazing vacation here! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a refreshing drink and warm smiles. The resort had lots of different restaurants and something for everyone. The rooms were very spacious and decorated beautifully in the traditional Thai style. The pool was a lot of fun for our kids. My 4 and 2 year old loved going down the water slide and my baby also enjoyed the very shallow pool. The resort is a family vacation heaven where there are activities for kids at every corner such as paper crafts and twist balloons. There are also cool shows such as sunset ceremony and fire dancing on certain nights. The most outstanding part of the resort is the exceptional service. I was touched by how attentive and thoughtful the staff were. Servers were always smiling at our young kids, offering to feed my baby food so I could enjoy my meal, and moving the poolside umbrella so my baby wasn’t in the sun. Their warmth and genuine love for children made our trip truly unforgettable. We cannot wait to come back!

The kids club is small and needs a bit of a refresh. It is a nice option to kill some time but there should be less screens (video games etc) in there.

Difficult to do better. Service, Location, Breakfast, Room all is perfect. The hotel has several zones. Ond is dedicated for adults only. All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is incredible rich in terms of choices, covering all types of cultural breakfast preferences. The hotel provides many type of activities during the day and night. The available restaurants on place also offers many choices of cuisine. All those i tried out provided tasty quality food. While the room are more older style, i liked the nicely wooden decorated interior. Everything is clean and well maintained.

The TV reception quality and available international channels could be improved. The hotel should do more to promote Thai food. In the beginning of my stay it was not clear in which on site restaurants you can eat Thai.

We enjoyed our one night stay. It was convenient for us to stay in Mariott because I the close to airport location. We loved the ambience, the decor. Mariott looked like it was celebrating something.. All restaurants full of dressed up people, music. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant, and it was good as always. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, overlooking the garden. Very beautiful territory outside, green and spacious, great to walk around.

We could hear our neighbours through the connection door, which was strange, I thought there should be better soundproofing. Good breakfast though it was very crowded and noisy - it's a big hotel with lots of guests, so be prepared.
