Loved the scenery and views from room and Cafe. Central access to forest, caves and nice walks. Staff were exceptional throughout and always on hand to help. Good range of activities including games rooms, kids play area, bikes (free hire), and paddle boats. Rooms were kept clean and orderly each day. Little touch for my birthday from staff dressing up the room. Cafes and nice restaurants were easily accessed within 10min walk just needed to explore outside the resort. Private pool is a bonus and felt very private.

Charge for broken glass (our son accidently knocked a glass) Breakfast menu got a but monotonous, would have been nice to have a but more variety each day to cooked meals. Local list of places to explore. No area to have a massage nearby, be great if they had a masseuse or list of where you can source this.

We absolutely loved staying at Bor Saen, having our own pool villa to relax in. The scenery was absolutely breath taking and the best place to unwind after doing a bit of traveling. All the staff were so friendly and polite, really making us feel welcome. Breakfast was okay, not lots of options but enough to cater for everyone's needs - we never left feeling hungry. We did eat at the onsite restaurant and ordered room service, the foods was lovely and we weren't waiting more than 30 minutes for the food to arrive. There are mosquitos around the lake, so make sure to use an appropriate mosquito repellent. I didn't get bitten once. Would highly recommend staying or Bor Saen, especially if you want a peaceful retreat and get away from some of the hussle and bussle of the city!

The only slight negative was that this was so remote we had to rely heavily on taxis even just to get us to the local supermarket to pick up some supplies. There is an onsite shop, however, it's no 7/11!

The resort is nice and well kept.

On our last night we had dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel . It was a terrible experience we sat for over 2 hours waiting for our orders. They bring you one dish and after half an hour they bring the second etc.. food was cold and we kept returning the dishes. both the lady and the old man who were responsible didn't help or look at us. They kept hiding and made themselves as if they didn't see us they didn't care for our complaints. The front desk ladies were nice but didn't offer any compensation and we paid full price for the food. I am a front desk manager and I don't think the bar is managed properly... Terrible

This place is like paradise set in the limestone rocks of Phang Nga! The rooms all have a private pool. We stayed in a 3 bed bungalow and it was just glorious watching the birds and a pair of Himalayan squirels scurry around the trees that surround the property. We stayed an extra night and had yo move to a 2 bed apartment which was just as special. The pool with jacuzzi was just the a slightly smaller version. Also amazing running, walking or cycling routes right on the doorstep.

For food walk just outside the property and to thr right. Still overlooks the same view and food way better!

I previously stayed at this property 15+ years ago, the villas are showing there age but have for the most part been kept in great condition, the landscaping continues to be lovely. A very relaxing place with the private pool and also a community pool. For low season the value is outstanding.

I was a bit disappointed in the breakfast, there were egg omelets and Sunnyside up already cooked in what should be a warmer but we're stone cold. One of the staff reheated them but I would have preferred fresh cooked. Fruit selection was limited where one would expect more than several choices.

We stayed 3 nights at Bor Saen Villa and thoroughly enjoyed it. The site is beautiful, built around lakes with a backdrop of the limestone mountains and the grounds are well maintained,it is an ideal place to relax, so tranquil and peaceful. There are some lovely hiking trails amongst the stunning surrounding scenery. The villas are spacious, private and comfortable with private pools, there is also a large pool on site. The food in the onsite restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous although the language is a problem at times.

Although the food was generally good the European/American breakfast was a bit limited.

The general manager and all the staff were exceptionally attentive, always willing to accommodate any request with a genuine smile. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay made all the difference. If you’re searching for a peaceful escape with a wide range of outdoor activities, pet-friendly accommodations, and exceptional service, Bo Saen Villa is the place to be. I wholeheartedly recommend it and look forward to returning.

Breakfast can be improved and if the villa is equipped with smart TV it would be 200% perfect

The resort is surrounded by very nice nature. In the breakfast restaurant, located at the first floor, you can enjoy a beautiful landscape. It is so relaxing. The staff is also very gentle. I forgot my earphones in the hotel during my staying; they were so nice to send them to me to my next address. I would recommend this place, not only for the facilities it offers but mostly for the nice nature around it.

The villa was lovely and far bigger than we expected it to be, cleaned and turned down to a high standard every day. Breakfast selection was great and the on site restaurant was amazing too for lunch and dinner! The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The property is quite remote and it’s 500 baht for a taxi in to / out of Phang Nga itself, it would be good if the Resort offered tours of the area.

The resort has excellent kids facilities - play room, swings, water slide in the main communal pool and dining areas with high chairs etc. It's a great place to relax with kids and babies. The food is excellent. The place is a great value for money and is self sufficient. It is far away from any of the touristy place - so one can just go there to relax.

Staff doesn't speak English so it's a bit difficult to communicate.
