My partner and I stayed here as our first stop for our Thailand holiday. The host was an extremely accomodating and helpful with anything and everything we needed. On one of the nights of our stay she had organised for us and three other quest to go see a traditional Muay Thai fight, this day was also my birthday and she had organised a cake and for the stadium to sing happy birthday. It was the most amazing and special experience, something I will never forget. Such kindness and generosity from somebody who we had only known for 3 days. 10/10 would recommend and will be definitely staying again our next time in phangnga 🥰

Good to see a heritage building like this stay in the family and be so well preserved. Glad to know it will not be sold. Cool big spaces in the interior. We used the rooftop terrace both nights we were there. Pleasant view over the rooftops. Would be even better with a few tables and chairs as well as the loungers, and more lighting. Very nice, welcoming, manageress.

Bedroom basic but OK. Ours had an outlook just onto a concrete wall, but that was more than made up for by the roof terrace.

An old, well-kept building in the centre of an uncrowded town halfway between Phuket and Krabi. A kind, friendly owner who really cares about his business. Here you can discover an authentic piece of Thailand. The rooms are simple but the common areas make all the difference. The tour of the bay booked at the local agency was very complete and not very touristy. We recommend at least a couple of nights to enjoy the surroundings and the majestic nature.

The lady who runs this place deserves all the credit its such a nice space with beautiful artwork all over the interior decor feels like you’ve stepped back in time - the lady makes the place id book again just for her hospitality and friendliness

Nothing everything was good not a luxury stay but thats evident in the price but what you pay for its definitely worth the money

The historical building was immaculate including traditional artwork and furniture. The family who run the establishment are very friendly, speak great english and went above and beyond to organise tours for us. The family can give you a run down of the history of the house, approximately 150 years old as well as providing you with great history about Phang-Nga. The little town has great sites to see if you wish to do a walking tour and you get great views of the mountains from the rooftop.

The owner spoke English very well, and was very helpful. The hotel is in an architecturally interesting, historical Chinese building. Bicycles are available to rent. Close to the stunning Phrang Nga Bay! Nice to have breakfast included!

The end room was very noisy until 2:00 am due to annual festival in February. Not many restaurants in the area.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering good value for money. There's a night market and shops selling food and necessities within walking distance.

I didn't see the staff at all during my stay, including at check in. They were responsive when messages were sent to them, but it was nonetheless a very impersonal experience. The water dispenser in the lobby was empty and wasn't refilled. Overall, I'm left a bit disappointed compared to the previous time I stayed here five years ago.

The host and his son are very welcoming and do the best they can to make you feel well. From the rooftop you have a nice 360 view onto phang-nga mountains. Also, the place is really charming.

In the normal bedrooms, there is no view outside the window. Next house ahead. But, if you're spending only the nights there, you shouldn't bother.
