A few weeks prior to my arrival at DaLat, I had communicated by whatsapp with the very kind and informative hotel manager, so that I had a pretty good idea of what to expect at this Boutique-type DaLat hotel, with a decor that is reminiscent of the French Colonial period of Vietnam, with an incredible amount of attention paid to even the very smallest detail. I had initially planned to spend 2 full days to look at DaLat and surroundings---and rent a motorbike through the hotel to explore the city---but my efforts were cut short by that ruthless and irresponsible domestic airline called Vietjet, which forced us to move our scheduled departure from SGN (9:55 AM) to 15:35 hrs (VJ360 to VJ1368), thus stealing more than 5 hours from our first vacation day and about the same amount of time from the second one, when moving our late afternoon departure with VJ369 to a morning departure with VJ361. In Europe, we would have been entitled to a full ticket refund, but Vietjet got away with a meaningless "apology", when they cancel flights for "operational reasons" (i.e., to increase their profitability). Our kind hotel manager made the absolute best out of that when she scheduled a rented car (with driver) for us, to visit all essential DaLat sightseeings, and we were overwhelmed by the architectural design genius of Dr Dang Viet Nga and her unique "Crazy House" which shatttered all other attempts (by, for example, Hundertwasser & Gaudi) at designing an assymmetric-surreal housing structure. The interior design and decor of the hotel is rather unique and our room was pleasantly comfortable and perfectly functional. For a hotel of that size, the breakfast buffet was also exceptional in terms of selection and food quality, and it is even possible to order additional a la carte items, included in the buffet arrangement.

There were absolutely no low points, so that I can't criticize anything......

Lovely hotel a little out of the centre of Da Lat so nice and quiet. We arrived by Motorbike and the Security Guard outside the hotel was fantastic looking after it and bring it over to us every day. Breakfast was very nice and this was a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. There was a lovely restaurant if you turn right out of the Hotel just a very short walk on the right hand side (sorry can't remember the name).... down some steps.

Little more choice at Breakfast

Very attentive staff. We had a bus booked to leave Dalat but asked reception staff to ring bus company to make sure we were getting picked up to be taken to bus stn. Bus company told us we would, BUT didnt turn up so a young staff member took us in a private car with no charge. Fantastic personal service. Cant thank them enough. 🙂🙂🙂🙂👍👍👍👍

The hotel is extremely charming in both its ambiance and decor and the staff are exceptional! They are what make the hotel special and they went out of their way to assist us especially when my husband was unwell and needed medical attention. The location is great - very quiet and in a nice residential area with some excellent restaurants e,g, Chef's Dalat located near by. Although it is a few kilometres from the major sights it is easy and cheap to catch a taxi (via the Grab app or the hotel can assist) to the sights. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a good size.

The walls of the room are quite thin and sounds carry from the room next door. Breakfasts are okay and while the staff were great in giving us an omelette instead of the noodle soup I would suggest not including breakfast if possible.

Very impressed. Rooms are very spacious and clean. I found the bed very comfortable, firm but not too hard. Android TV and A.C. available. A wide breakfast selection and the specially made breakfast dishes were particularly good. Location is good, away from the noisier town centre but only a short (<10min) walk away. Staff were very helpful and professional.

The floor was quite slippery, especially in the bathroom and shower area but they provide you with slippers that help. No noise from town but occasional sound from within the building, maybe a water heater, might affect you if a very light sleeper but I was fine.

Great room with A/C. All the staff are friendly and helpful. New facility and nice decor. The bed is clean and quite comfortable.

The premier room is smaller than I thought. The bathroom has a poor design and the drain doesn't work very well. The floor is clean but sticky for some reason. The room is kind of pricey.

The room was nice and clean and a good size. The photos are completely accurate. Breakfast is very delicious and has many good options for foreigners this is a nice place to stay and close to the night market.

We has to double rooms - 307 and 101, from my wife and I, young adult son. Our rooms were quiet overall from traffic, but you could hear parents telling off at their kids on some occasions. It was clean and functional. Shower had good temperature and water pressure was good. Close to great gourmet restaurant - Chefs Dalat

The breakfast menu very small and had very limited western options compared to our other hotels. It was smaller than our other hotels and really catered for local asian travellers. The mattress was super hard. The duvet was so thick that I has to run the AC colder so I could sleep under the thick duvet with no sheet option. The split system AC was noisy. It sounded like rain on a metal roof all night as it ran. The shower floor was super slippery. My wife and my son warned me and it was true. I assume problem is the smooth tiles and water proofing sealer made it so.

There was confusion about which room I had booked, and there is a windowless room that I was placed in. After a couple of intense discussions I was moved to a very beautiful king room. It was a fabulous room and bathroom. Of course, the staff were very nice.

Breakfast was adequate, but nothing more. No toaster or salads. We had requested vegan in our reservation and they did not even have soy milk which was odd. The beautiful outside tables and flowers are marred by smoking which drifts inside as well. But even worse are the employees who hang out on plastic chairs in the front, barefoot, sometimes smoking and with music on. Very bad look. The location is probably fine for people with cars, for us, it was far from everything, we took taxis all the time.

A nice pretty new hotel. Very nice and spacious room, wonderful views from the windows, very comfy bed, sufficient breakfast- no complains. The staff is pretty nice, they have pretty cheap and quick laundry service and price is very decent.

Location is a little out of center and on top of a hill, so need to either climb or take a taxi when coming back. Shower was nice with great hot water, but no door to the shower, so need to be very careful for the bathroom to not get too wet. The hotel does not have a restaurant, bar, or pool even though it's a 4 stars hotel. But overall i liked the hotel and definitely recommend it.
