Upon arrival at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional care and attention provided by the front desk team. They made sure my family and I were comfortable right from the start. I was kindly invited to relax in the lobby while they brought all the necessary documents and even the payment device to me, I didn’t have to stand at the reception counter. I truly appreciate this high level of professionalism and attention to detail. The restaurant staff were equally impressive and always ready to help and quick to deliver food without hesitation. Additionally, the hotel’s location is excellent: right next to the elegant, clean, and upscale Zaitoon restaurant, and within walking distance of a modern, high end mall. Overall, it was an outstanding experience thanks to the warm hospitality and thoughtful service

It would be appreciated to add a bathtub on rooms

Worth in all means.

I have been in Calicut many times since 2007; stayed in different hotels but Tiara is the best one amongst. Very good ambience, rooms are spacious, neet and tidy. Ideal location, easy access to the main streams. The adjacent mall is an added advantage for shopping. The front office staffs are well mannered, friendly attitude. Overall excellent experience, 9 out of 10.

Well. Built up place, good staff, but needs to be trained

Cooking needs to improve , when a dish was ordered it was salty, when asked to replace it they did small changes and bought back the same dishes, too many staff taking near restaurants should avoid near breakfast counter.

Our stay at Tiara was very pleasant and memorable the staff are very courteous and proffesional, They serve the guests with utmost warmth and care, The breakfast buffett, rooms and overall ambience was great. Overall a good experience at TIARA.

Really attentive service and helpful staff, the manager Jasim even helped me to contact my bus driver for my onward trip down south. Spacious and comfortable room. Good location, 5 min walk to a shopping mall and eateries
