Everything was up to the highest standards. Although there were signs that the hotel is new and just getting up to speed, our stay there (5 days) was incredible. The Front Office Manager, Kenan Biyik, is a seasoned professional of the highest degree, and his team (Efe, Barat, and Hussain, amongst others) are a bunch of young, serious pros. The room was incredible, and unbelievably clean, the Spa and indoor pool amazing, and the food... well, let's just say you'll have to try it (the hotel's breakfast buffet is one to remember). Special mention to the one-day private tour, arranged by the hotel, and our incredible Spanish-speaking guide, Emrah Anli. Completely amazing experience. In conclusion: 10/10.

Barcello was only 4 km from Goreme. The hotel is very new and very luxurious. staff were wonderful and most spoke English. I was there for my 60th Birthday and was upgraded to a suite which had full view of hot air balloons each morning. I can not say enough about the hotel and facilities.

Dining room felt a little like camp style room. Whilst there was so much food available the only thing was that it lacked in taste. Nothing is seasoned . it didn't feel warm and cosy felt more like a camp style dining due to how big the dining area was.

Very modern hotel, close to the main Cappadocia landmarks by car (ca. 5 km). Big room with excellent king size bed. Great breakfast with a lot of choice and personnel to cook your eggs and omelettes. Fantastic spa and indoor pool, very spacious and with all the confort needed (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, etc.). Private parking for your car.

The hotel surrounding looks like a building construction (no trees or gardens, just mud, stones and tractors). Maybe the hotel is not finished yet. The outdoor pool was closed and under maintenance (end of April). The restaurant is used by the many groups travelling by bus and staying at the hotel. Limited choice of dishes "a la carte" and the atmosphere feels like a big canteen (although comfortable). The best place to have a good meal is to travel to Göreme, 4 km away, where you have a lot of choices.

Brand new hotel not very far from the main attractions if you have a rental car. Breakfast above par with a lavish spread every morning. Service all around was excellent and as expected from a 5 star hotel chain.

Minor things like the wardrobe was there but there was no rod for hanging the clothes.

Clean and very friendly staff, prices were good including room service. Lots of sun beds for guests

Room service could be slow and food was a little cold. Need more staff at the pool bar. A clean hotel is most important for me so this was not such an issue.

Really nice hotel, the room was amazing friendly staff and excellent service. The pool was a massive plus.

Bit to close to the main road and sometimes you hear few racing motorcycles. But nothing too bad

There's a weird scented smell coming from the gutters, simply can't stand it. There's no balcony is a tiny thing w no furniture.

I loved the Buffet in that Hotel, if it's breakfast or dinner it was really good. But not only that the wellness section was tremendously comfortable. I would book here if I would come back.

Perfect location to take the hot air balloon ride; 10 mins from site (which is significant since the pick up is at 5:40 am). Very modern, clean, and luminous.
