Good convenience, close to several food stores, local bakery and bus stops. Short walk to the nice long sandy beach. It felt safe to walk everywhere. Comfortable big room with large balcony facing the park where you could see squirrels and birds. Good air-conditioning and cleanliness of the whole property. Friendly staff, good luggage storage.

It would be good with hooks on the walls for bags, clothes etc.

The parking was straightforward. The studio apartment was well situated within the complex & also well equipped should you want to self-cater. The property was clean & spacious. The on-site restaurant was very good & reasonably priced. The staff were all very helpful & friendly.

We opted not to have beds made up for our arrival as it was going to cost extra. We felt that, for the price of the 4 nights, it should have been included. The early checkout time (10am) was rushed as we had to strip the beds plus clean the apartment & wash the floors before we left. Again we could have paid another extra fee if we wanted it done for us.

Furniture a little tired and old fashioned

We have really enjoyed our stay in JLP, the appartment was spacious, clean with amazing view over the city and a bit of the sea. we had a two bedroom appartement at the 7th floor. The terrace was huge and just perfect! Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and staff very friendly. Beach is very close as well as restaurants and café. we will be happy to come back again!

the furniture is a bit outdated, but the value for money was great and this was just a minor thing.

5 mins walk to front at Juan Les Pins! Shops even closer for groceries, bread + restaurants. However the Strelitzias restaurant is excellent too

The apartment hotel is very well located next to a park, and close to the beach and shops. Just 5 min to the airport bus stop. The apartment we rented was big and spacious (it was 1 bedroom, living room and kitchen) with a long terrace. Enough light and not too hot. The kitchen had all the equipment needed, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, fridge etc.

The property offers a so called Comfort package, where you get your beds made before arrival and end cleaning. In fact, the difference is only in the beds made before arrival, and that you don’t have to clean the floors. So you know what you get for 65 euro extra.

The efficiency of all staff. The excellent location. The possibility of eating in the hotel.

locations, nice and quiet place, bus stop and trailroad station justs a short walk, green park under our window, and so on..
