Everything was pristine. Found out later the hotel is only a few months old. The rubber coating on the weights in the well-equiped fitness room still smelled new. I loved the modern design and layout of my room with its sofa as a separate nook. There were nice touches like a foot rest in one corner to use if shaving your legs. The breakfast buffet had better-than-the-usual offerings: the yogurt bar with many topping options, egg bites, belgian waffles instead of pancakes, real maple syrup, and chocolate milk. The staff were all friendly and spoke for English and French.

The room was mostly sound dampened, except for the door. Hallway noise like doors closing, socializing, and the clatter of the ice machine could be heard clearly.

We have been stuck in Montreal because of the Air Canada Strike and our Connecting Flight has been cancelled. The location of the hotel was just perfect right next to the airport. There is a free shuttle to and from the hotel. All very well organized and everyone super helpful. Hotel itself is also top of the line. Awesome breakfast and nice room. No complaints at all, just a little high priced for us as.

There is nothing to complain about. If you want to stay close to the airport it is perfect. Maybe if you want to tour Montreal and get a feeling of the city it is not the best location. But that's it.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Great space for one person and great staff. The girls were very friendly and positive. Went above and beyond to accommodate me and my requests. Yet, this is my experience in many situations.

The men/guys who I would deal with were not friendly whatsoever, and either shy or just unfriendly. No pool,sauna, or other facilities. The location is in a random area, but okay for jogging. It's hard to get to the first time, but once figured out, it is okay. It is not easily accessible in the very late night

The Hyatt is a wonderful place, staff was excellent, we had an external issue with confirming the reservation (this had nothing to do with the hotel) and they were really patient and let us sort all of that out as long as it took. The room was very clean and the service was excellent, whenever we needed or requested something they were very accommodating. Was very nice to come back to the room after a busy day.

Brand new , really comfortable … and they only charge a 50 dollar deposit … all the others in the Dorval take deposits of over 200 dollars , even for an overnight stay, and they take up to 4 weeks to give it back . I have tried them all .

Like all of the others at Dorval, the restaurant closes to early for some late flights . And frankly the Uber eats at Dorval need serious improvement

The caesar salad I had for dinner was excellent. Staff were helpful.

The wifi was not good. While I could connect easily, the page load times were long and a lot of my applications didn't work. I would rate it poor. Someone had not cleaned out the mini fridge and the previous customer had left an almost empty bottle of sour milk.

Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Room was spotless and well designed with a comfortable couch for sitting and great side table for drinks/ food. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Shuttle to the airport was on time and driver was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean and new. Hotel was very quiet considering how close it was to airport.

Small thing...had to ask for bedding for sofa bed even though we booked for 3 people and it took quite a while to arrive.

Loved the room and especially the comfort of the bed. The bedlinen are heavenly.

The hotel bar always closed by 9:45 / 10:00 pm I would have enjoyed a drink but it was not possible

It was new so everything was fresh. The lay out of the room was a nice change with a little sitting area. It was quiet. The breakfast buffet was an excellent value.
