The hotel was complete with everything we could ask for. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. The location was great, quiet and with beautiful views of the lake. We had a car so it was really easy to go to Pucon’s center. We already want to come back in the spring/summer :)

Nothing, it was amazing. The only comment I have is that the room pictures in the app made it look like out suite had a balcony. It didnt, but it was HUGE and as it was cold, it didnt really make a difference. And really, the hotel was incredible, I would come back without a thought.

The lake view from the room was amazing. The room was very comfortable and had enough space for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The spa infrastructure is great. There is a lot of entertainment for children (game arcade, mini golf, kids' room). The service provided by the hotel staff in general was excellent and done in a timely manner (e.g. front desk, room service, restaurant). The daily breakfast service was very organized and there was some good variety of options.

We ordered 2 pizzas, for example, and they were behind our expectations compared with options outside the hotel. In general, some of the basic food / drinks were really expensive (even traditional Chilean sandwiches or a single cup of wine). The tour staff at the reception were kind, but they offered to send us a list of nice-to-visit spots, but they didn't.

The bell boy - Miguel - was incredibly helpful. I had left my phone at a thermal bath. It had fallen out of the car and was in the parking lot. He called them immediately and together we found it, with the Find My Phone App, by making it give out a sound when they were looking for it. The next day I was able to go and pick it up. I don't think I ever could have done that without Miguel's help. He was very clear and very firm on the phone to the people at the thermal baths.

Not much. It is a little confusing to go down rather than up in the lift to one's bedroom, but it isn't really a problem at all.

This is a really beautiful hotel. The location on the lake is stunning and it’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. The facilities - in particular the restaurant and bar were fantastic and it was perfect being able to sit and have a quiet drink overlooking the lake. Our room was amazing - although we were very fortunate to have been given a stunning upgrade which we really appreciated. And importantly - the team there were great - friendly, professional and engaging. A big shout out to Fabian from the bell desk who was always helpful and who delivered great customer service.

Great breakfast. Great view. Very friendly staff. Different places to relax with different food options. Very calm. Nice pool (indoor and outdoor).

The cafeteria (6th floor) didn’t have anything sweet to order, it would have been nice to be able to have in the afternoon a cake or pie with the coffee. Especially since those are famous for the region. The main restaurant should evaluate their meals. The meat was over cooked, the fish (trucha) was salty and the potatoes with romero and vegetables were too oily. Room service didn’t come to make our beds until like 5 pm the first day, on the second day we had to complain so they would come earlier. Also, dirty plates that we left outside the room after ordering room service weren’t removed until next day’s afternoon even though we called the night before when we were done.

Why arrived on the evening of the 20th of February, still they wanted to get paid for the whole 9 nights, money hungry people, the charge machine had no chip and the card introduced into the machine, first sign of cloning. They want to charge we 4,600,000 pesos on the spot, with a usless machine. The next day we were asked to leave, having payed for 4 days, I had to leave with the Hotel owing me 1,800,000 pesos for a whole week. I would never go again and I would not recomend it.

The Spa was a disappointment: the pool was too cold, as were the saunas, with no water to throw on to the coals. The steam room was closed due to maintenance, however I heard the man’s steam room and sauna were both too low in temperature to get the health benefits. A very young child was in the pool thrashing a long form support all around the pool and into the big jet even when I was beneath it. Why would a small child be in a Spa pool early evening, if at all?

Clean, comfortable room; fantastic view; wonderful breakfast; very kind and helpful staff; best value; excellent SPA facilities included in price; great location. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel had just reopened under a new administration. Understandably, staff was a little nervous, and the restaurant was a bit slow. But their kindness compensated for any trouble. Breakfast has to be ready at opening (7:30) as many people need to depart early for activities, such as trekking.

The hotel itself is conveniently located between Pucon and Villarica. Close to restaurants, stores and hot springs. It is also located close to Villarica volcano. The staff was extremely attentive and so sweet. Breakfast was superb and our rooms were spacious with a spectacular view of Villarica lake. There’s nothing negative I could say except that I recommend it highly

The hotel is beautiful and has a great lake view. Rooms are comfortable and the food is very good. Nice indoor swimming pool.

The restaurant service is generally not great and some of the waiters don't seem to be trained. It's not uncommon to have to wait one hour to get food.
